Excellent Service

These folks do great business. They were honest with me through the whole process. One one of my purchases they didn't have the gold on the server, but they promptly refunded me with no issues. My second order was on a different server, and they delivered in 5 minutes. Great service and great experience. 5 stars!

This was my first time to buy and did…

This was my first time to buy and did not receive the gold for the money paid. Being a new user and after very appropriate conversations which I thought were understanding was not. I am not pleased with this service and do not recommend them as I am out 65.00 dollars. They claim that there was a user with the same name on my server!

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We completely understand your frustration, especially as a first-time buyer. Please allow us to apologize first for the bad experience. Regardless of the reason, you did not receive the gold you paid for, and that is not the experience we want any customer to have.

Now let us explain what actually happened, as we believe there was a misunderstanding:

You placed your order on the Classic Vanilla (Level 60) server page (Classic Era US - Windseeker - Alliance - US).

You intended to order for the Pandaria server, but the order was submitted under the Classic version.

On that Classic server, there happened to be another player with the exact same character name as yours.

Our system sent the gold to that character because the order specified:
Classic Era US - Windseeker - Alliance - US / Character name: [*****]

We did not send it to the wrong server. It was sent exactly to the server and name you selected when placing the order.

That said, we are not here to blame you. We understand this was an honest mistake, and the "same name" coincidence made the situation much worse.

While we cannot resend the full amount, as a one-time goodwill gesture, we can offer to refund 50% of the total order amount back to your original payment method.

We cannot refund the original delivery because it was completed correctly according to the order information you provided. However, we also do not want you to walk away empty-handed after paying $65.

If you agree to this offer, please reply to us by email as soon as possible.

We are truly sorry for the confusion and frustration. We hope you will give us a chance to make things right for you.
