Good luck trying to get hold of them when they mess up a order there customer service is non existing

Got the gold within 24 hours as stated. Great company to use.

Ordered an in game currency at 2pm Friday 7th and have not recieved the product, online help is always offline, n9 answer to emails this company is shoddy I used them for about 5 years no problem but since December 2024 they seem to be scamming BEWARE STAY AWAY AS OF JAN 2026

Been a member for 2 yrs. spent over 2k and verified multiple times during that time.

This time asked to verify again and honestly I’m done with verifying over and over again for the same service so figured fine, I’ll just go somewhere else, & asked them to cancel the order.

Instead of a cancelled order, I had the money actually taken from my account.
Please tell me how you are preventing fraud if you take money from peoples accounts without the verification you apparently need?!

No way of getting my order without verifying YET AGAIN and since I ordered elsewhere I don’t WANT the order anyway.

Emailed multiple times with no reply.

If this is how they treat a customer who spends average 1k a year, I dread to think how they treat others.

If anyone from MMOGA is reading this, refund me ASAP, and while you’re there, delete my account. I won’t be using you again. My order no is 129654381

UPDATE 24/01/25 - after over 2 weeks of trying to cancel my order and being totally ignored I raised a chargeback via my bank. Within 2 days I have an email demanding repayment of the amount reversed by my bank, which has caused them bank charges, or they will send a debt collector out to me. I am shocked by this way this DISGUSTING company is working. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I purchased giftcard worth £ 144.62 on 30th December 2024.now it's 9th January 2025.i have mailed them multiple times, and I can't get in contact with their live agent. Everything is radio silent.

Really easy to use, and fast service

Pure scam. On dec. 21 I placed an order. It's the 8th of january and I haven't received my order. In the time between I send them a bunch of emails (reply for their mails or contact form on the site)- they don't even care to reply. I think there's nothing more to add, just do not order here.

From 5-10 minute delivery time its been 4 days with no answers from them. Paid 29,49 euro for nothing. Thank you very much MMOGA!!! Zero support and answers.

Really dodgy company, I would not send your passport or driving licence to a company you don't really know. No company should be asking this info when you are buying video games.

Bought 10x Keys for value of over €470.00 Was promised 24 hrs delivery, and kept getting delayed, and support told me to be patient.

I kept contacting support for updates, and they kept saying keys are delivered today which they never were.

Then today i woke up with the order being canceled. Then i went straight to support, and asked for a refund because i paid with Crypto. Then they offer me a voucher????? A VOUCHER ????? They can't even refund to the original payment. Then i asked for compensation which they responsed "we need to ask our supervisor if we can offer compensation".. THEN THEY OFFERED ME €471 EUR VOUCHER TO USE ON THE WEBSITE, I PAID OVER €475 AND A GAME ACCOUNT FOR STEAM OR ORIGIN. THAT'S A JOKE.

ALSO A SIDENOTE NONE OF THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, THEY COPY PASTE TEXT OR USE TRANSLATE, THEY LITTERALLY ANSWER LIKE A ROBOT.

THEY USE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BECAUSE ON THEIR WEBSITE IT DOES NOT SAYS THAT CRYPTO PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Do NOT even bother , this is easily without a doubt the worst put together website/company. The support team is also funny , it’s like talking to a teenage boy , using slang and the least professional human I have ever spoken to , so coming from me save your money , this company IS a SCAM!

AVOID!!!! Definitely a scam, used Google pay to pay for a game, they then suddenly needed my phone number to varify the order. I then got an email to say that phone varification was not possible, and they needed pictures of my passport, which I refused to send.

i payed for an account clearly saying travis scott black knight and og ghoul trooper and i get 1 free skin instead this makes absolutely no sense at all.

I'm convinced that MMOGA is a scam. When I made my order, they first asked to call my phone number for verification, which I've never heard of a company doing - why not just text me a verification code? I'm aware that some scams involve hiding subscriptions or additional fees in their Terms of Service, and all you need to do is say "yes" once to get charged. Don't take that as a claim against them though, it's just a suspicion.

Even after I entered my phone number, they said they couldn't call me all of a sudden, and instead needed... a photo of my passport and face??? How exactly does knowing what I look like confirm I'm some random guy on the internet? "Identity theft" alarm bells in my brain were ringing at this point.

Thankfully, they made it clear that if I didn't want to verify, I could cancel my order and get a refund, which I requested. About 2 hours after I placed my order, they completed the transaction and sent me a code anyways, despite me not being verified... which says to me either they don't care about the legality of who they sell to, or they wanted my face, voice, location and credit card details for something else entirely, OR they really weren't looking to give me a refund.

ANOTHER few hours later, I get a response from the support team, in poor-quality English, explaining that this happened, telling me to "pls keep the order". All things considered, the code might be valid! But I'm not using it, as in the 9-hour span between them taking my money and and explaining I couldn't get a refund, I bought it somewhere else. There is something blatantly suspicious about this company, and it's up to you if you think all your personal details are a fair trade for a few £ off some game DLCs.

I have bought fc 25 coins which was cheaper rate than other provider and recieved it within 15mins which was great and secure.

I would give 0 stars honestly save yourself and don’t buy from this site. I tried to buy FC25 coins as I have from this site before for FIFA 22, and not only did I not receive my coin but my PlayStation account got hacked and the person spent £40 so I’m trying to get that back right now.
