Ducking awful stay away from those guys

Stay away from them if you wish to be serviced as you should for money spent. Bought ingame stuff and for 3rd day i get delayed. Live support is very unproffesional "childish replies - yo, ur" and tends to fade from scene, today i reached one and he kept me hanging on while he checks, for hours no reply.

This is truly "great" customer service or un service. Also, you get no receipt on your email, just a pulled off money in your bank account.

If you wish to bring down these scamers then write in as much review sites as possible + write to your bank about this shady business, you will probably get your money back and scamers will get merited.

Joke of a company. Been in the live chat for 24 hours straight, got told to wait every hour.

After 24 hours, i got told that 'i changed the email of the account'. They have screenshots of the account before the sale, and sent that so it was my bad. I wanted to log in to the email to check the 2FA codes, as i never was able to login into the account itself, but the 'mailserver is down'.

So basically, i been there 24 hours just to hear 'yeah your bad', and not being able to proof my innoncence. MMOCS does not care about their customers, i have bought over 200 accounts there but still they dont care about you.

The pursache was perfect, all good.

We bought over 200 accounts. But lately we experience A LOT of trouble. Couldnt get into the xbox accounts yesterday, said it eas our fault and that we had to enter a digit code that we didnt hade. Made us install some software and it worked after 3 HOURS of complaining.

Second problem was with playstation accounts. They have a new supplier and we now have to fill in birthdates. We asked about that 12 hours ago, response was that we had to wait for their supplier. After 12 hours we contacted them again because they said they would send us an email with the birthdates. And now they say that the warranty period have passed. But how can we go into 4 accounts that cost over more than 120 euros, when we dont have the birthdates? They aren't responsible for the accounts after 24 hours, but imagine trying to get in the account within the 24 hours, saying they will send an email with birthdates, let us wait for over 36 hours, and now say its our own responsibility.....

Was our supplier for over a year, but after this, we dont gonna buy accounts from them again...

They said order delivered in 30 mins ? hahahaha this is funny, because you're going to wait at least 24h to get delivered if not 1 week if not never gonna be delivered

No stars. They had no problem taking my money for order. Now they say coins were delivered. I ask the where, no answer. This place is a scam. Don’t use this company!!! There are other companies that treat there clints with respect!

They suck overall they just take your money then play the waiting game I had to wait a whole day until complete my order so if you trying to win something dont count on them atleast that was my experience Grade A trash straight dumpster juice

First few attempts were quick but failed as my password was wrong but nobody informed me about it. After figuring that out myself the 4th attempt is now taking over 24 hours in which I cannot use my account and the support chat is just telling me to be patient. If I request a refund then I get an automated message that nobody is available but do respond to a new chat without a refund request.

BE AWARE

Absolutely a scam they took £69 of my money for a gift card then refused to give it without showing them bank card and letters with address on plus my driving licence and a photo of me and then cancel my order and didn't see the money they are pure scam company beware
