You need to be extremely careful on your case potential

First, I want to say the company isn't a fraud or anything. They do help people get a visa.

However, I can't give them a good score either... Why? Because their marketing policy doesn't align with their intent and has obvious conflicts of interest. The company wants you to believe your case is worth pursuing, but they don't guarantee a result. So you pay for the process, not for getting the intended visa. Please be aware of this. If you go into a deal, read the contract very carefully, preferably with a lawyer.
