I attended MHFA
I attended the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training at my workplace, led by Mike, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I recently completed the Mental Health…
I recently completed the Mental Health First Aid course delivered by Mike Manning and found it to be a very valuable experience. Mike presented the material clearly and professionally, making complex topics easy to understand. His delivery was engaging, well-paced, and encouraged participation throughout the course.

He got everyone involved and interacting with each other
He was very clear and want he was talking about making everything easy to understand and was more than happy to go over something that wasn't understood
