PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS GENUINELY!

I purchased some speakers for a birthday present for my brother to upgrade his car speaker system on the 19th of December 2025. I knew it was Christmas period so I allowed some time.

Now, the second week In January I thought surely they should be shipping this item now. I emailed to ask where my items were and for an updated delivery status. They emailed me back stating “ sorry you have been waiting for these items but the items you purchased was not in stock and we are waiting for the items so it will be looking around 4 week.”

After receiving this I thought fair enough and waited over 4 weeks for no update! I emailed again asking where these items were since it’s been 4 weeks. They emailed back again and said “ sorry for the inconvenience but it will be looking around another 4 weeks because these items are still not in stock.” Again I waited the 4 weeks just to be told again in March that it will be another 4 weeks but I can request a refund instead.

After, I initiated a refund on the 3rd of March to which they said would process 12-14 days time. It’s. Now Friday the 27th of March and I still have had no response and no communication or refund back!

Since then I have rang them to which I found they have blocked my number so I cannot contact them. I then rang them off my friends number to ask where my money is and they told me to wait 1 day for them to investigate. The next day I rang back to find my friends number would now no longer go through. This means they have blocked my friends number. I know this is true because I then rang them on my work phone number and to no surprise, I connected through to them.

I have now had to contact my bank to which I successfully retained my money back!

Nothing but appalling behaviour, disingenuous and unprofessional from this company. Do not order from here and look for better more reputable companies.

Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star

Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. 3 weeks to tell me that an additional almost £30 postage is required. Told them to cancel the order to be told it’s 7-14days for a refund. They don’t answer the phone, and you’ll get one response every couple of days out of them by email. I don’t normally write reviews but hopefully this stops people wasting their time with them.

Server has apparently been down for weeks now as well so they can’t issue a refund. So nearly 5 weeks on and no refund or parts.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am doing a project which is being filmed professionally. I ordered a front splitter from ML Performance on 29/01/2026. When ordering it said delivery would be 21/02/26 which I planned the filming all around this. Comes to 24/02/26 no delivery, no correspondence, no tracking, nothing.i email ML performance on 24th which they response saying it’s not in stock and id have to wait another 4 weeks? I waited 4 weeks same thing happened. I asked for a refund which they said would be 12-14 calendar days. I’m still waiting for my refund……

Scam do not use.

Scam do not use.

Excuses whilst they bank the money and accrue interest. Tested them twice using different orders neither have been fulfilled and get the same copy/paste responses to chasing. Chargeback done.

poor choice to delay ordered parts

poor choice to delay ordered parts, waiting nearly a month without the part being shipped. having customers cars awaiting on parts to be shipped 10 days i can deal with but 30 days later.. this is a joke. poor review left.

I can't score zero but ordered…

I can't score zero but ordered coilovers and after chasing delivery and getting told twice 2-3 weeks nothing arrived in the 3 months wait. I went direct to my CC provider who refunded me. Check out the growing customer facebook page for more info

They're just crooks

They're just crooks. There is a growing problem in part supply for old vehicles - companies like this one. They take orders for parts they can't supply, then after order tell you the lead time is 3 months (and after 3 months it will be ... another 3 months). If you immediately cancel they then say it's 15 working days before they will do the refund. But guess what? Yes, you guessed it, after the 15 wd they don't do the refund.

I had to get PayPal to force the refund, then they withdrew their refund payment to PayPal at the last minute. More confusion, but PayPal eventually wrung the money out of them.

Still no brake pads….

Ordered brake pads that were in stock.
Have received nothing in the post.
No order dispatched.
No updates.
Phoned them three times and tried each option on the automated list.
Each call was put on hold and cut off eventually.
Absolute joke.
After reading other reviews I’m surprised this company isn’t investigated.

I can only say don't buy from this…

I can only say don't buy from this company, when ordering system shows in stock and it is not. They will keep you waiting and lingering on with emails which are not true but they make you think they are true.
My advice is don't order from ML Performance

ITS A 1 STAR REVIEW!!!! THIS WAY IS TO GET GENERAL PUBLIC AWARENESS.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL NOT DELIVER. PLEASE READ OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS

I ORDERED AN ITEM WORTH £2200.00 WITH THEM THAT WAS ORIGINALLY POSTED AS IN STOCK ON THEIR SITE END OF NOV 2025. 2 MONTHS LATER STILL NO ITEM. I HAVE NOW ASKED FOR A REFUND IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 40 DAYS AND THE ONLY RESPONSE I GET IS THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN AND THEY CANT SEE HOW FAR IT THE PROCESS IS. WHICH SEEMS LIKE COMPLETE NONSENSE.

NOT SURE HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL ALLOWED TO TRADE AND HAS NOT BEEN CLOSED DOWN.

Did not send my order as they did not have it. Although it said they did
Then waited 6 weeks for a refund. MLP did not refund as they claimed system was always down. Used credit card to claim in the end

No refunds given!

They could not get the part they advertised as "in stock". Requested a refund. They said they would give me one in 14 days. No refund was received. Avoid using these people. All they are doing is placing orders with BMW on your behalf. AVOID.

If I could give 0 stars I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered an item for my Lexus over 2 months ago and never received an email confirming it was ever even shipped! They never contacted me again after paying for the product. I emailed ML performance after waiting over a month about the issue requesting a refund as I ended up ordering from Lexus themselves instead. They told me the refund would be issued in 12-14 days (which was insanely long for a simple refund anyways). I waited the 14 days and emailed again stated I still haven’t received an email confirming a refund would be issued and no refund had entered my bank. They took multiple days to reply and said their system was down and they would contact me when it was back up and confirm the refund payment. They never replied again so I waited another week and replied to them (again) and asked what was going on! They took another few days to reply and told me the system was still down and status hadn’t changed, keep in mind this is 2 weeks after they originally told me the system was down. So I have now contacted my bank requesting the money taken from the company and given back to me in full as they are beating me around the bush and I believe the entire site is a scam and they don’t plan on refunding me at all.

Unfortunately, came too late to check the reviews...
Same story as many others. Waited more than 3 months for an order that was meant to be delivered in 2 weeks.
Customer service is terrible.
Will take legal actions against them

Disgusting company

Disgusting company, it sickens me that Marshall Lee created a company to cause stress & hassle to fellow car enthusiasts. They advertise items at good prices, with reasonable leads times. That hooks you in, place an order & find that the lead times are longer. Difficult to communicate with & get a straight answer. Boarding on fraudulant behaviour surely? I placed an order 23 Jan 26 eat 7-10 days. 20 days later I chased & was told a further 2-3 weeks, but advised I could cancel my order. I asked to cancel my order & 17 Feb 26 was told this would be passed to finance team with refund payment taking 12-14 working days. 23 Mar 26 I still have not received a refund & am being messed around. My last request for an update received the reply they had a system error & couldn’t check the status of my order but would do as a priority. That was a week ago & I’ve heard nothing since. Read the reviews guys, do not give ML Performance any of you hard earned money. Plenty of good companies out there to use. Tell your friends as well, ML Performance are a shocking bad company in my experience.

NO DELIVERY OR REFUND

On the 3rd of February 2026 ordered two Lambda O2 sensors based on an excellent price. Shown in stock but after a week of no delivery or information showing that the goods had been dispatched I contacted M L Performance by email and received an automated reply advising me to wait a few weeks which I did.
On the 2nd of March 2026 I sent another email stating that I could wait no longer and wished to cancel and have a refund. They emailed back stating I would have to wait 12 - 14 working days for a refund transaction to complete.
Waited and received no communication or refund from M L Performance so luckily I had purchased item through PayPal and sought a full refund from them. Once dispute claim was complete it took PayPal approximately 10 minutes to fully refund me. I should image that PayPal have had several dealings with M L Performance
I will never deal with this company again and should have read the reviews before making my purchase

Absolute fraud of a company.Ordered a part that was for standard delivery. When it never arrived they said it would be 4 weeks and was miss advertised.Cancelled the order and requested a refund. Told it would be 14 days as per policy. Im now 48 days and being told their refund system isnt working. Time to get the credit card company to sort me out
