SCAM company using similar name to legit companies

This company is using a similar name to legitimate companies to mislead customers. Also, their website landing page contains fake google reviews. They installed new garage door springs for me about 9 months ago and said they were warrantied, but when I called because the spring broke, they said that the tech who installed it no longer worked there, so only that person would warranty it. Their phone service told me 5 times a supervisor would call and no one ever did. They do not have a legit google business profile & yet they have a google ad carousel. These are either fake or purchased reviews. The company name ML garage door service matches several legit companies, but we wrote check to All Repairs & Installation Service. I also discovered that the tech who did the repair initially charged us $2058 which was double what it should have cost, but even then, the springs installed were not a matched pair, and it looks like he only changed one of them and that's why the other one failed so fast. This company does not have a google business profile nor do they list any address or contact info on their website other than a phone number. They claim to be a local, veteran owned company, but it turns out all it really is is a phone line that sends leads out to independent contractors, and the only warranty is provided by the tech who does that job, so if he no longer works there, they do nothing to warranty their work, despite the promises made when selling the overpriced service.
