I was skeptical about purchasing a…

I was skeptical about purchasing a product key from a third party. When I first bought the key, I unfortunately bought the wrong one and contacted support immediately. They were quick to respond and got me a key to the correct product. However, the first key they gave me was already used. Invalid key received for Windows 11

Invalid key received for Windows 11. Waiting to hear back from support, but I'm doubting if I'll ever get a resolution based on some recent reviews. Look out, I'm pretty sure half the reviews here on Trustpilot were botted/faked by the people selling the activation keys.

I could not get Key to activate

I could not get key to activate. tried to contact company and they never contacted me back. I contacted Microsoft for assistance. The MS tech remoted to my pc and attempted to use the key and it was rejected because it was declared invalid by the activation server according to him.

key did not work

When does key did not work? The customer service did answer me within a day with a new code. This went back-and-forth four or five times with the customer service agent telling me if the next one did not work, he would send me my refund so I tried that it did not work. I asked him for the refund and he never answered me again so I spent $20 and never got anything.
