We provide a seamless service from design, in-house tooling, through to production and delivery. Dies are tested and samples made for your inspection before launching the full production run. Hi Mr Dean

Thank you for your review. This product was ordered on our online store on the Easter Friday bank holiday and was out of stock at that time. We manufacture all of our products and the real-time online shop told you in four different places during the order process the expected delivery date. We actually delivered five days earlier than the stated date.
We are based in Cornwall and although the pixies are believed in by some we do not have the ability to pull an out of stock product from the thin air. All our clients are given full and transparent information at the time of ordering and we would expect that if we could not meet your needs with instant delivery over a bank holiday weekend you would have ordered elsewhere.
