I ordered a weight lifting bar from Amazon from MK and when it arrived the driver stated to my wife "those numpties haven't packed it right, they have missed off the protective end caps"! He then pushed the bar To my wife who dragged it into the hallway. It was only then we noticed the package was smeared with sticky oily substance that smeared along our cream carpet. I contacted the seller MK who then spent over a month continually telling me they were liaising with DX and apologising for delays. We bought some Dr Beckman carpet cleaner which helped. We then borrowed a Vax cleaner from our friends and just needed to buy the detergent. So after several attempts and products and effort we have got it pretty clean. I sent all photos, CCTV of the product being delivered and today I have had another reply stating DX want me to get an estimate for my carpet cleaning?! Erm, we told you we cleaned it! Do you really think we would leave greasy oil on our hallway carpet for over a month?! Dreadful response, no decency whatsoever, it cannot be proven who was at fault but it's a safe bet that the oily substance was in the DX vehicle. But MK employed them, and my contract was with MK. Will refuse to deal MK and DX and any company who uses them now.

Parcel, through no fault of their own, unfortunately arrived damaged with missing items. I contacted them and they sent out replacements as soon as they could. Wonderful service and the best price for a set of dumbbells I could find. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful velvet grey bar stools. Quality is amazing and so stylish. Fast delivery and a minor purchase issue ( not their fault but Amazon’s ) was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I strongly advise you avoid purchasing this blender and instead save to buy something safe, reputable and with an extended warranty.
What Started off as a dream blender turned into a complete nightmare and just after one year which is when the warranty conveniently expired. The manual does not instruct that rubber 'coggs' are to be changed or when. The blender started smoking, emitting black fumes and when jug is lifted black flakes fall from base staining worktops. This now appears to be a hazard so I have stopped using this item checking if in line with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994. I advise anyone with one to check electrical safety first especially after the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower which was initiated by a faulty appliance.

Purchased the Charles Jacobs Multi Pressure cooker 8lt. Big pot because you never know when you might just want the extra cooking space. Even though I had not paid for the premium fast delivery service it was still delivered to me at 5.30 the next day. I was very impressed. Excellent service & product.

The goods which I ordered on Amazon arrived two days before the expected delivery date which was excellent service. However as the chairs were for Christmas presents I have not yet opened the boxes. Fingers crossed the goods are as excellent as the delivery.

MK marketing was very good. I was asked by my parents to purchase one of their 8 in 1 multicookers. They was a little disappointed when it arrived as this actual model was not a fast cooker like they had previously seen on one of the buying channels. They don't like hassle so they decided not to send it back. Works fine to cook in the 8 different ways. I personally love the steamed veg, mm mmmm.

I bought 4 chrome and leatherette chairs from this company as their prices were really good and the chairs were really modern looking, also their feedback was good, (I always check feedback before buying from anybody to make sure their a good firm to deal with) I wasn't disappointed at all, chairs were good and they'd been packaged very well and also the delivery driver was a nice guy, so if I ever need anything else for my home I would definitely use these guys again...

Ordered this through EBay and was impressed with the service from the time I bided to the time it was delivered by courier. It was flat packed , and took over five hours to assemble. Instructions are not to clear but a bit of common sense and trial and error and you get there. As to MK Warehousing cannot fault them, a great company to deal with

Absolute bargain and worth the £100!

The Charles Jacobs planetary mixer i purchased was delivered with in the time frame specified; The courier was very polite and courteous. Unfortunately at this time i haven't actualy seen the item as my wife brought it for me as a birthday gift ,which is this forth coming sat; But i'm looking forward to many hours of successful hours of creating excellent dishes in the kitchen as cooking is a pastime i greatly enjoy !!!
