Fantastic staff
After 3 no shows from open reach , I had the luck of getting Mohammed Haroon assigned to the problem today. Not only did he figure the issue out straight away he cracked on and got it fixed. He was lovely, friendly and professional and really cared that I'd had no Internet for a week. He's an absolute credit to your company. Id be proud to have him on my staff and I'd be doing anything in my power to keep him! If by any chance Mohammed gets to see this I'd like to say a massive thank you again for restoring sanity in my home!

Andrew C. arrived promptly and was professional throughout. He not only fitted the optic fibre with little fuss but he also removed old redundant wires and cleaned up. Made sure I was happy with his work before leaving. Highly recommended. Thank you.
