Decorated entire one bedroom flat that was in pretty poor shape, especially some plaster work and previous papering. Turned up on time, patiently listened to what we wanted and read our copious notes! Got it straight away. Got on with job, finished in three days. Totally painless, totally professional. Thoroughly recommended and not an arm and a leg either. Very pleasant experience, nice guys and extremely pleased with the outcome.

Decorated two rooms. Outstanding job - transparent, punctual, polite and high quality. Would heartily recommend.

Completed in under the anticipated time frame, a couple of snags that were rectified quickly and very pleasant efficient team of two who did the job very well. Delighted with the end result.

Whole house (almost)
The whole approach was very professional and we were kept aware at all stages of dates and costs. Craig did a fantastic job throughout the house and was very conscientious of us needing to work from home/have a 4yo about the house. Really pleased!

Quick response to request for estimate for painting front of house and side gate. Friendly, personable painter was punctual and did a careful, tidy, excellent job. Not cheap but good value. Would use this firm again.

I’ve been using Kloss on and off for 20 years. Always excellent quality work at a fair price. Decorators are punctual and very tidy.

Water damage had left a bedroom in bad shape. Kloss responded very quickly - real people at the end of the phone rather than voicemail - and their estimator arrived to size up the problem quickly and efficiently. Fairly priced and they were able to do the work in a couple of days during lockdown which I appreciated. This is the second time I have used this company and I will be happy to use them again should the need arise. Thank you!

I have never been disappointed with Mark Kloss, the painters are professional, clean (they tidy up after themselves), reliable and excellent decorators. They painted the inside of my house some years ago (still looks good) but I have recently had a refresh of the living room and dining room, a really good job

I was recommended MJ Kloss to redecorate my one bed flat in central London after a long tenancy and they proved to be a good choice.

Their estimator was able to talk through the requirement for each room and we soon agreed a quote. A week later the team was on site and informed me of any issues as the work progressed to very good resolution.

For me the whole process from start to finish was slick and trouble free. Highly recommended.

On contacting Kloss, their estimator was in touch and came within 24hrs to view the job and in the afternoon provided us with an estimate that was entirely satisfactory. Work commenced the following Monday and was completed to our complete satisfaction within the week, a very good job overall and we can recommenr Kloss as always excellent.

Excellent customer service at the booking stage - very easy to contact to discuss the jobs and they were adaptable to my changing needs. Prompt arrival of the decorator who did a fantastic quality job of painting and wallpapering to an exceptionally high standard. The wallpapering, in particular, was impressive as it was an awkward wall with several plug sockets but the end result is flawless. The decorator was also very tidy.

I've used this company for years - they are so efficient in their quoting, planning and paperwork, and the decorators they use are always lovely to have around, (which important when they're in your house) and do fabulous work, with no corners ever cut. I thoroughly recommend them.
