An absolute scam

After asking if it would be possible to change the address I did't get any response. The criminal thing is, I was in fact at the correct address and no one ever showed up. My question if I could change the address (to which I never got an answer) was apparently enough to pocket my money and never deliver the food.

That’s it, I’m done with Mjam.

That’s it! Never again! At this point Mjam is messing up EVERY order. Order is either very late, or like today, doesn’t arrive at all. And to top it off the app says the order has been delivered and you have to jump through tons of hoops to get money back. And we’re still hungry!

Deleting App now!!!

Never ever again

So I place my order, then i need to wait one hour, then they say the latest at 20:10 its going to be there, then at 20:35 still nothing, so suddenly the app says it got delivered. But of course no food anywhere, then i contact them and they say well the delivery guy couldnt find your address so just drove away. So now we need to cancel your order. But you are free to order again. So do they think im stupid? Of course the delivery guy ate my meal and then just said he didnt found the address. Never ever again. Customer service also a whole bunch of nonsense people who are just copy pasting standard answerd like yeah we are going to forward your feedback. We'll always try to improve our service. We'll hell to the no, this aint service.

Never again

Never again, drivers can't read a basic address, orders get canceled (regularly) after 2 hours of waiting, false advertising & worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. 45% 1-star reviews on Trustpilot, this speaks for itself.

Mjam is a difficult one

Mjam is a difficult one, I have been using their services for +3 years but since last week I have switched to Lieferando. They simply do not care about their customers. They have no more tracking, customer service is gone , there are always missing items on the menu. And you guys take 0 responsibility! You tell me to email your email , I do it , and you guys don’t give a response ! The app layout is nice and it’s easier to look at but that’s about all it has going for it. It has ruined food delivery in Vienna as the monopolisation of it has resulted in most resteraunts only delivering via Mjam ; which means u can basically say goodbye to most of your favoured resteraunt deliveries for the upcoming few years ! I’ll save me a few calories and walk . Fix your service it’s a joke . We see how much you have invested into marketing this last quarter. Maybe invest a 1/4 of the money into your services for once ! You guys are terribly greedy !

Mjam does its best but this is the second time am ordering through mjam and not receiving everything I ordered and yet I have already paid. Am really disappointed.😞. I ordered today again and some foods were missing.

THE WORST.

This is the worst company I have ever used in my entire life. I will not be making the mistake of dealing with them again. Short and simple is that they are thieves. They have taken my money twice and not delivered. Anything. If I hadn't complained nothing would have happened. They will take your money and then wait a decent amount of time to say it's delivered. You will receive nothing, but they will have your money. DO NOT trust this app.

First time using Mjam as a favorite…

First time using Mjam as a favorite restaurant only uses them for delivery. App said delivered (it was not) contacted customer service 20 min post “delivered”, told to wait 15 more min then contact them and promptly ended the chat. 15 min later, still food, customer service cancelled ordered, told to re-order. Another one hour expected delivery but clearly no confidence this will happen so we made sandwiches. Very disappointing all around. Never had an issue with Lieferando in 18 months of deliveries.

Order came an hour late

Order came an hour late - got cold pizza which I paid 16 euros - tried to cancel my order, but they wouldn’t allow it. Got a 5 euro voucher which I will never use because I am deleting this terrible app.

Honestly worst delivery app ever

Honestly worst delivery app ever. Has frequently happened that orders just dont show up, you arent notified at all if there was an issue, and when you complain to the help center, all they know how to do is give you a max of 5 euro discount for your next order. No consideration taken for the time spent by the customer waiting on the order, no availability for correspondence with the driver/carrier, absolute piece of trash of an app, and worst of all they dont seem to care since its been like this for years and no improvements have been made.

I ordered my food. Was signed as delivered but I had not receive my order. Excuse was that I not given my complete adress. Not true!
The driver could have phoned me and I would have directed him.

Feels like fraud

I should have read the bad reviews before I ordered. The restaurant was not with Mjam anymore and can't get them to take them down. The Mjam website let me order and pay anyways. It's a fraud. Fortunately I paid with PayPal.

It's bad

It's bad. I can relate to most of the negative things you can read here. Bad customer service, bad behavior, bad company... I had many bad experiences and hereby swear to never ever order anything from Mjam again.

Terrible Experience Never Again Mjam

I ordered food, provided address of my working place (a big organization in Vienna known to virtually everyone) and paid via PayPal upfront (mistake). The driver called that he could not find the address. I tried to explain but to no avail. I gave him an alternative address (rear entrance to the company, different street), the driver consulted over the phone with another driver while still talking to me and then he gave up and said he did not know where to go. The status of my food delivery in my email changed to “Delivered” but no food actually arrived to any of the two locations. There is no way to contact Mjam, I sent a complaint to three different email addresses all of which were returned as undeliverable. There is no phone available for the company and their Help Service does not work. The only positive about this experience is that I hope that the food might have actually been delivered to someone indeed and that this person hopefully enjoyed the lunch.

This is not my first problem with mjam

This is not my first problem with mjam, but it is the one I will share. I asked for food, and one hour late, I started to contact majm using the chat; they kept closing the chat before resolving the situation and kept affirming that they were not responsible.
While trying to resolve, the food arrived, an hour and 15 minutes late. The food was warm-ish, so clearly, it did not leave the restaurant an hour before as informed by mjam app. But also the food was ready for a while, either resting in the restaurant or because it took too long to be delivered by the deliver. Still, mjam says that they cannot track or be responsible. The restaurant phone given by mjam did not work. After I complained about the restaurant on google review, the restaurant answered me that I should contact mjam. Mjam says I should contact the restaurant. All this is very frustrated.
Meanwhile, I order another food using liferando. Finally, I closed my account on mjam. If mjam cannot take any responsibility, so I don't need mjam, I can use a normal phone and call the restaurants I already know. Interestingly enough, my favorite restaurants don't work with a delivery app. That says that the restaurant is not happy with your service and neither am I.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I never received my order after waiting for 5 hours. The restaurant had already closed, so I couldn't get in touch with them anymore. As a company providing only intermediary service, mjam should at least offer some basic customer support. At 22:30 on a Friday night I was unable to reach anyone there. A day later my order is marked as delivered even though I never got it and I am still unable to contact anyone at mjam (even chat function is closed by now). Definitely deleting my account and never ordering through them again.

Graz Customer

Very unreliable, they give an estimated delivery time before you order, it often says 15min "Super Fast Delivery" once the order is placed it almost always says "1hr+ delivery time". Food either arrives cold or not at all. Use them only as a last resort.
