I have had my MIXPIX tiles for over a year and love them! I had no issues with them sticking to the wall until I moved them to a new house and now they are not adhering as well. So I contacted customer support and within hours they replied and offered to send a new set of magnets for free!
I am so impressed and will be ordering more tiles after our next vacation!

Got my 3 tiles that I ordered for my bathroom wall to replace a decorative towel rack that just won’t stay on the wall. I used some screenshots of line design silhouettes instead of photos. They came quickly and look great! Very light weight and super easy to install. Reasonably priced, so if I get tired of these line designs, I can swap out with new tiles!

MIXPIX is great. I order tiles from them every year (3 years now) with updated pictures of my pets for my girlfriend's birthday. It is her favourite gift and she looks forward to it each year. MIXPIX customer service is fantastic too - very quick to reply and super helpful!!

MIXPIX went above and beyond when I loved and needed another set of Magnets for our new house. I emailed them and instantly they responded and sent me out another whole set! Thanks MIXPIX

The pictures we received were really nice. The delivery was pretty fast. Although I didnt receive a tracking number, customer service explained it was due to it being sent by basic shipping, but it still came really fast. I still havent ‘hung’ the pictures but it looks pretty easy with the magnet :)

There was an issue with sticking tiles on wall, and when I reached out to customer service, Veronica helped me and guided me to fix the issue. She has done eventually she could to get this thing work and it worked. Thank you Veronica

MixPix is the best company for picture tiles. We love them. They are high quality tiles and really affordable. We contacted customer service with a question and Veronica was timely, kind, and professional while responding.

1. The tiles are absolutely beautiful and cut perfectly!
2. The quality of the pictures is the same as is supposed to be!
3. The delivery to Bucharest was extremely fast - only 3 days.
4. Magnofix is sticking perfectly to the wall and to the tiles!

Have order 2 different times and will definately be ordering again! Picture quality is wonderful, great shipping and packaging, customer service was above and beyond helpful when I requested extra magnets. Both mother and mother in law loved mine so much I order them some for Christmas which they loved even more!

The order was delivered on time and decent quality for the price. Although there was a mixup and we were missing one pic from the 12piece order (got someone else's pic). I emailed customer care, they almost immediatly resolved it free of any charges. I had the missing pic delivered in just few days. Trustworthy and honest. Will order again.

3 different times I was sent the wrong order - someone else's personal photo tiles (and I assume someone else received mine). 3 times. I placed the order for tiles very early in December to get Christmas gifts in time. By mid-January I gave up and asked for a refund.

The pictures came quickly and were beautiful quality. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with as well! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

My order from MIXPIX is gorgeous! The picture quality is fabulous and they arrived quickly and very securely packaged. I did need to contact costumer service because 4 of my 21 photos had not arrived - that was also such a positive experience. They reached out immediately with a solution and an apology coupon! Wonderful company that I will use again!

I was extremely happy with my pictures I received. I had 1 slight problem with my order. Upon contacting customer service they handled my problem quickly and professional. I definitely would recommend them for anyone to try, you will not be disappointed.

I’m am hoping these come out wonderful, but I accidentally typed in the wrong address by one number.. they are going to resend them at no cost which is amazing. However If their system sent a conformation out after receiving the order I would have realized the address was wrong immediately and had them make the change.

These arrived and are pretty good. They look good on the wall, but aren’t the most amazing quality.

I had made a mistake when I placed my order by not centering 2 pictures and the customer service was fantastic!
