Ordered, didn't receive, they said they'd resend, still didn't received. Don't use!

Please stay away from this scam company (ordered fog mask after seeing video on Pinterest) Don't know which company I am more disgusted with

Ordered an item they emailed with the tracking info from China. The item was “supposedly “ delivered but certainly not to my address. I contacted them again and they said they would ship another one, no sign of that either. Emailed again and they said they would issue a refund, we're still waiting. I don't think there's an honest person in the company. A SCAM AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY.

Never got my order said it was delivered somewhere else and send another one never heard since pure scam artists stay well away.

Ordered an item they were quick with email and tracking from China. The item was “supposedly “ delivered to an unknown address 500 miles away. I emailed them with copies of tracking, they apologized said another would be shipped immediately, a follow up email they said it was shipped but didn’t provide a tracking number this time. I sent 5 more emails over the course of a couple weeks not 1 email was answered. I’ve since contacted our CC company to dispute the charge. AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY.

I ordered a black wood splitter which you put your wood into and the hit the wood with a hammer and the wood splits over a sharp wedge while wood is safely contained in a letter surround. What I received was 1/10th of the size advertised, so small I cannot even fit my computer mouse in it. This is an obvious scam, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be claiming refund through my credit card company.

This company is terrible. I ordered some items and they sent them to another address and still no word from them. I will now go to bank to fight this and get my money back.

If I could give Mixcun a NEGATIVE 5 star review, I would have no hesitation to do so!

I ordered a V-8 engine kit back in MARCH; they sent me a bogus WANB tracking number, which originally didn't even show that the item had been shipped or had left China for almost 3 weeks until AFTER I complained about it, then after almost a MONTH, the tracking number claimed that the item was delivered on May 10 - but it certainly wasn't delivered to ME, and conveniently, there's NO details about where it was delivered to or who received it - which is because the kit was NEVER shipped to BE DELIVERED.

I complained again, Mixcun CLAIMED to have re-shipped the item, but gave me NO tracking number this time - and their last response to me regarding this re-shipment came on June 13.

I have since sent four more shipment status update request emails - which predictably they now refuse to respond to.

This company is a TOTAL fraud and a flagrant front company to scam people out of money for products that don't exist and will never be received.

AVOID MIXCUN AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible customer service. I received part of my order so I emailed customer service to ask if they could send the rest of the items, they persisted on telling me that my order was complete. Very disappointing to receive an item without the guidebook on how to use it or the stand or brackets needed to display or hang it. Now it's just a waste of money for an item to sit around my house not used.

This company are not reliable at all, I bought some stuff and never received it and they refused to refund.
They are scam please do not buy anything from them

No reception of my item and after 2 answers (with no solutions)…total silence
PayPal do his job, l’a waiting my money refund..

I would give them negative stars if possible.
I ordered a small item from them which was never delivered—although they grabbed the payment immediately—they lied and kept telling me it was on the way, sent me several bogus tracking numbers, and eventually stopped responding to me. With the help of my VISA company, I chased them for several months and finally got my $45 dollars back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!

Don't get sucked in by this company.
They advertise on Pinterest under false pretences.
Evidently the Item they supply is nothing like the Pinterest one but instead a plastic heap of rubbish.
This is a crooked way to operate and Pinterest should shut them down.

I ordered Order number MX00007527 more than three months and I've sent dozens of messages saying the latest post on 19.04.2022 as command is reached in 15 to 25 days 27 days have passed since you all I say send me your order and they excuse pretext (command, already reached you) (I'll send back) but did not receive anything and again we do want my money back please help those in this site unresponsive please notify iii absolutely want all the money back that are not serious people mocks.

Absolute ripoff. Advertised a product made of alloy but sent a crappy plastic piece of rubbish. Avoid!

Do not use this company, as they took my money and didn't deliver. They promise but never keep the promise.

I ordered a small engine that mechanically operates like real engine. Order was sent to wrong address and tracking showed it was delivered somewhere in northeast of country. I contacted company and they stated they would sent out another engine. No tracking # and no item was received. Contacted several more times and each time they said they would send out another. I now have told them to just refund my order, they came back and said they would send out another engine. Last email stated I wanted $$ money refunded and to quit jetting me around. This company has ripped me off. Do not do business with these Chinese frauds. This is a scam website!!!

They don't even deserve a single star..It's a ripoff...the take your money and never ship...they even use a fake tracking system to give you the impression that a process is active to ship the goods...but it's a fake...bunch of little thiefs.

Took my money and said my item had been delivered, when I told them it hadn’t been delivered they said they re shipped the order . I asked them for a new tracking number and all emails stoped . I would advise anyone NoT to use this company, they are a very dishonest company
