First time user of Mixam. I had never heard of Mixam before creating a comic book for a client, so I was a little concerned about how the book would turn out. I thought it best to create a low print run to both confirm the book was ready for distribution and that the printing quality was of a high standard. I found the submission process very easy and nice. The website is modern and easy to navigate. I love that the pricing updates with every option selected. The prices themselves are good for the quality of the end product. The end product, itself, is a lot better than I had expected. Both the paper quality and ink quality were above what I had expected. Turn around time was fast and met predicted time frame given. Shipping can be a little high for low orders though. The binding can be a little sprung and not sit very flat so you might need some weight to flatten. One thing I would change is a more user friendly time frame indicator, like a bar that tells you how many jobs are in front of yours. Not sure if possible but would be nice. Overall very happy with end product and will reorder once the proofs have been fixed. Thanks

Mixam made is extremely easy for me to make a product catalog for my company! The design platform was very user friendly and easy to work wit. The turn around time on production and delivery was quick and I am extremely impressed on how my catalogs turned out.

I placed an order for two comic books for a Christmas present on 11/30/25. I still haven't received an update on my order or my order. Only that they were having high volumes of requests in December. Not only has the communication been non-existent but I still don't have my order and it's nearly April.

The books turned out beautifully! Also they informed me right away when the estimated delivery date couldn't be met. I knew that was possibility because it clearly stated that the date was subject to change. However, they still offered me a partial refund when I informed them I had selected a more expensive printing method because I was trying to get them before that date.

My experience with Mixam exceeded my expectations, in terms of both quality of product and customer service. The print specialists were extremely communicative and quickly corrected a minor issue I had. My book turned out beautifully. An incredibly elevated job.

There was a problem with the delivery date. But their team was very communicative and made it happen. They had real people helping. Not bots.

I don't typically give reviews, but I've been incredibly impressed with Mixiam. Value, quality, and speed of service are unmatched when compared other print companies. Have used them for two jobs and will use them for many more in the future!

I was very happy with my purchase from Mixam. When I had a small hiccup with my files, they were able to fix it immediately, and I was thrilled with the final product. I will be ordering from them again.

The final guides looked good overall, but the process was frustrating, and there were still quality issues in the finished product. We dealt with multiple proofing concerns throughout the process, including dark/blurry images, gutter and margin concerns, page order confusion, and inconsistent color. We also had trouble getting clear answers quickly and had to follow up several times through chat, email, and phone. On top of that, at least one element that appeared correct in the final proof printed incorrectly in the finished guide — on the front cover, the America 250 seal looked fine in proof, but the outline around the “250” was missing in the final printed piece. For a large order with deadlines, the amount of back-and-forth and inconsistency made the experience much more stressful than expected.

I recently had 5 copies made of a comic I had drawn. The printing was excellent and I'm extremely happy with the results. The process however was only fair. Their site to upload and construct or edit the comic was confusing, especially the border identification. I sent several emails and called to get help and only once was I contacted with assistance.

From their website’s UI to the quality of prints, Mixam is my go to printing solution company. Competitive pricing, a wide range of options, and quick-response customer service are all reasons why they’ve become the leader (for me) in printing. I’m glad I stumbled upon them!

Was recommended by another photographer and saw his photobook. My order was perfect. Even the customer service from Mixam was TOP notch. Every photobook I make from now on will be through them. Thank you for making my experience worthwhile. You have a repeat customer FOR LIFE.

My order never arrived

The printing job is excellent and the quality wonderful. We had a good experience and received our product timely. I would have rated it 5 stars but we had one image in our printed manual that overlapped the first word of a paragraph and it's hard for to unsee now. But overall, it was a positive experience and I will use them again.
