This was an easy system to use with clearly defined parameters to make sure the product matched our expectations. The final product was excellent.

I hated my entire experience with this…
I hated my entire experience with this company. The ordering process was hell. My order was canceled twice by a customer support agent because he didn’t know you could use Afterpay, which is an option they offer on their site. I had an event that I needed the books for on the 6th of April which was the date of expected delivery, but the items were two days late because the company didn’t finish production on time. I emailed them for clarification and there was no apology or understanding. They charge way too much for such low quality service. I am seeking another production company for future use. Let me know if you know of one.

After reviewing your order and communications, we can see that changes were made at your request, which affected the balance due.
There also appears to have been some confusion around the cancellation request, as different orders were being referenced. We can only act on the instructions provided to us at the time.
Regarding delivery, all dates provided are estimates, not guarantees. It seems there may have been some misunderstanding between shipping and delivery dates, as well as the risks of placing an order with an estimated delivery date matching your event. While we aim to meet all timelines, courier delays can occasionally occur.
We did advise you of a change to your estimated delivery date, and the order arrived only two days after the original estimate.
We understand how important this was and regret that the timing didn’t meet your expectations. We do hope you’re happy with the final product.
