Bogus company set up to steal money from hard working people. Disappointed they came up on various price comparison websites who make money from referrals and should be held more accountable for due diligence checks

Fraudsters
Fraudsters
I saw this company through pricespy.co.uk. As I was looking for a gaming device for my birthday. I ordered one on the 27th Oct - got a debit with transaction details SOE IT LTD, which is a totally different company by the way to mix-living. Got a fake tracking delivery transport mail from broughtontransport.uk. Tried to reach the seller's contact number as not reachable. Called the original broughtontransport.com - They told me they only deliver pallets and not parcels; and that numerous people have called them for non-delivery of parcels. Reported this to my credit card company and Action Fraud. Discovered from my personal investigation that the company SOE IT LTD has a company number 16770132 with no named entity on UK gov website. Continued to do my investigation which led me to a name 'Cindy Soe', Burmese, born March 1983 and also linked to BP Brothers LTD as the Director.
Discovered today that both the mix-living website and broughton transport.uk have been taken down.
Awaiting my credit card dispute as no delivery and evidence of fraud is apparent.
If you used this website, please report to your bank and Action Fraud asap and do your investigations.
These people appear to be a somewhat large group. They also give themselves fake reviews on Trust Pilot. I've gone through the account with positive reviews and most of them review the same companies, including fake forex AND crypto companies. They will be caught and arrested soon enough. No fraud on this massive scale can be dismissed with its loose ends.
Scam
Scam. I had a feeling that something was off, but fell for it. Ordered and paid for an item. Received an email from a courier (Broughton Transport) stating a delivery date. This was followed by another email stating the delivery was delayed. Then another stating that my item had been lost, and that a refund would be issued. Attempting to contact the seller with no response. The seller and courier websites have now gone. It’s heartbreaking, and has been a hard lesson learnt. I wish all involved the very worst that life brings.
SCAM COMPANY!!
EDIT 15/11: They have likely reopened their site as a new company cutecottageco.com judging by the look of it and the prices
Scam company
Same as the other reviews here ordered a product two weeks ago and shortly after it said it was delayed, up until Nov 1st when it was due delivery and then they cancelled the order. Come here to find everyone else having the same issue

Ordered and paid for a Xbox Series X. Was informed that the delivery was due and then later informed that it had been lost and that I would be refunded. After 5 working days I chased up the refund payment but the email and web site were both down. Used this company via a link from a reputable website. Daylight robbery.
The contact address on the website was 2 Garden Crescent M35 0SX

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs, it’s a SCAM!! I am a single father who used what little I do have left £389 on buying my son a PS5 he has been after for so long to find out i have been scammed.
I ordered it on the 24th of October was told it was arriving on the 29th from a delivery company called “BroughtonTransport Ltd” I waited in all day to be emailed stating there was a problem with my package it was now being delivered on the 1st of November, I waited in all day for it to be cancelled again. I then looked a little deeper to find out that it was a scam and others had been a victim to this, the company and the delivery company have both got the same number that is not active.
I reported it to my bank and Klarna but have been told i probably won’t get my funds back, I will now have a very gutted ten years old on his birthday as I can’t afford another one. Please avoid at all costs I just don’t want anyone else to fall victim to this scam and feel how I feel.
Avoid this website at all costs 1…
Avoid this website at all costs 1 million percent a scam as I’ve been in touch with trading standards and they have indeed confirmed this is a scam company and they have been investigating them for quite some time and they are in the process of shutting them down asap
Avoid these weird scammers
Just echoing what others have wrote - website is very much a scam.
Found this website through Klarnas price comparison where this website was recommended as having the cheapest price online. I did check reviews before I ordered, however at the time it was all good reviews that were apparently verified. There was only 10 or so however I just thought maybe it is a new company.
So I ordered a PS5, and received an update from a courier I had never heard of. It also went straight in to my spam folder which was concerning. The delivery was updated on Wednesday as out for delivery. I contacted the courier company to ask for a rough time estimate. Then the delivery all of a sudden changed to Saturday.
I then decided to try and call mix-living. The number on the website does not exist, and it is the exact same number used on the courier site, lol.
I also noticed on the website for the courier, there is photos of 4 employees, all of which are just random people off the internet, one guy is called mark hustler and another John Doe lol, it is literally in plain sight they are hustling people.
I then received an email today saying it has been lost in transit. I received emails on Thursday saying this is not a scam but since I asked they’ll refund my money. Again, lol.
I have contacted Klarna to hopefully get my money back as thankfully I used a payment card.
Do not use this website.
Total scammers
Total scammers. Paid for a computer for my son's birthday. They delayed delivery then canceled it and now no one answers.
These people are scammers
I’m a victim as well to this company. Saw their website through google search. These people are scammers. Ordered for a 1tb gaming device steam deck. They gave a fake delivery company. And no delivery. I’ve also reported the case to active fraud and informed my credit card company. Their website should be taken down. The only name I can trace is Tehseen Saeed a British person who seems to own a documented company named stay home and shop which was indicated on mixed living website. The individual’s documents are on UK government website as well as the type of business. SHe is indicated to be a woman on the document & also appears to have an eBay store. I have messaged her as well and she appears to be part of this scam group
