We used this service reliably for years. Over the past 3 or so years, response to support tickets has been awful.
We currently have a ticket in with them regarding an issue that we submitted over a week ago and no response.
They are no longer listed in the Joomla Extension Directory, but continue to operate their website and scam customers.
Stay away if you value a functioning website!
