Excellent support
Great company, great product, excellent support. Actually almost a benchmark for how other suppliers should be, more or less. Basically, the desire on their part to get an issue resolved immediately is something seen so rarely these days. It doesn't always get resolved instantly, but most of the time it does. And the product works well, does exactly what we want, and the few times we have issues, support is on the case straight away. Would definitely recommend to other businesses.

Prompt Accurate and Easy to Understand Service
John is so quick to respond to a query. Answers are explained in a simple to understand manner.
I rarely need help desk these days as the system runs itself. But on the occasions that I do, they are so quick to respond. Issues are solved straight away, so no hold ups and things keep moving. It's a great support service to have to business. Well done guys.
