Wait until you have your first reparation

Some of you might be just like me, willing to pay more money compared to the chinese sites' prices to have the materials you order having a warranty in Europe.
When I say warranty in Europe, means it will be repaired in Europe.
My order (00666) has been in their hands since more than 34 days. They told me that it is being stipulated in Sales Condition that the reparation might take 2 months, far away from "normal" 14-day reparation we have. You know why? They sent the telephone to China, just like you can send yourself to China when you buy from other serious sites (you can search here in trustpilot, there are many).
Worst part of it, is that now they are asking me a hefty sum of 100 Euro more for the reparation, because the reparation service in China asked that amount. If not paid, my telephone will never get returned.
If you are in my place, what choice do you have? Losing your 500 Euro telephone for nothing or add another 100 Euro for reparation? I told them I prefer to pay, but I found that the amount is excessive. Until now I'm waiting the Paypal payment request from them.
As a client who has recommended Mitikotec compared to others during these times, I fully regret my act. Until they show a professional act of ethic and clemency while handling warranty claim, the 1 star is the best they could afford.
Beware guys, let others' experience being your lesson learnt, or you might regret your purchase as much as I do.
Oh yes, I forgot another detail. My Mi 5 was supposed to have 4G, not just 3G. My telephone never catch any 4G signal, even when I am under a 4G antenna. From the first day I received it, I sent them messages saying that I have this MAJOR problem, but they sent me answer every time, please change the sim card. I did replace it with a new one, but nothing changed. I was getting tired to convince them that standing side by side on same location with a friend having a same Mi 5, he got 4G, mine is not, and we are using the same carrier.
Some times, it does not catch any sign at all. Because of all pictures sent does not convince the Mitikotec, I finally live with it since more than 6 months ago with only 3G connections. And now when it's finally dead, they ask money to repair it.
Most of the 5 stars here correspond to the delivery. I agree that their delivery is quick, but wait until your first reparation, you will find the same surprise as I do. And you will find that 5 stars is a thousand year behind the truth.
P/S : Just a few minutes ago I received a mail from them, asking me to pay via bank transfer, not by Paypal. Like that, no protection for me even if I will receive my telephone unrepaired. *sigh
As answer to the reply below, the telephone has never fell into water. If it does, the screen will also be affected. Only the motherboard is defaulted. The seal detection paper was not totally red, means that there was a trace of humidity, but not completely. Living in everyday's life, the humidity exists everywhere. Still, if I assume the default of the motherboard, why you could not assume that the modem was defaulted not to be able to receive the 4G since the first day? Why did not you accept to change the telephone when requested at the beginning? Not to lose money for the Xiaomi defectuous products maybe? I'm losing money now.
