Terrible beeping learner drivers when no need! Really spooked the learner and for what? Wouldn’t get in a car with someone driving like that

Booked a taxi for 9:40 am ( allowing plenty of time for delays)to take me to the station. 9:43, I get a message saying taxi has been dispatched. he finally gor here at 10:03, too late to get me to my train. When I phoned I got told he was stuck in traffic!!!!!!
Last time I book a taxi with them!!!!!

Booked taxi for 4pm. Confirmed and paid. 4.10 pm receive a text to say taxi will be 34 mins. We call and operator says shortage of drivers. Our booked 4pm taxi now arriving 4.35pm. Too late for our schedule and too late to get another cab. Evening ruined.

Driver claimed he couldn't find the address in Tomkinson Road. I was standing outside waiting, and saw him go by twice making no attempt to slow down and look for our house. Appalling service.

Their drivers are always courteous. Fares are good and cheaper than their competition and I feel good about supporting a local small business and not some giant multinational corporation!
