I have a 23 year old car and the question arose as to whether the transmission fluid ought to be changed and whether there were any issues with the gearbox . i spent a lot of time researching as to what company/ garage to approach and finally settled on Yusuf and his team at Mister Transmission, Charlton . To say that they were superb would be an understatement. The level of expertise and knowledge that Yusuf and in particular his colleague Ash is quite incredible and unparallel . They literally know everything about gearboxes and transmission and were able to help me . I have worked in the NHS for 35 years and the professionalism , expertise and specialist knowledge demonstrated Ash was something I continue to marvel at . I really cannot recommend them highly enough .Their honesty and integrity is beyond reproach and something rarely seen . If you have any problems with anything to do with a gearbox the only place and people to bring your car to would be Yousef and Ash .

If you have gearbox problem then you likely have researched what the job entails, give these guys a call and you'll be able to tell if they know what they're talking about or not.

Ash can come across a bit of a straight talker but i guess they have a lot of canvassers on the phone but don't let that put you off.

I predominantly spoke and dealt with Yusuf the owner of the business, from our conversations i could tell he knew what he was talking about and the level of customer service i received was second to none, I felt like he was looking after me as a family member.

If you have a transmission problem I highly recommend this business, if you are not satisfied what you hear on the phone i would recommend all you need to do is visit their workshop and you'll understand they know transmissions.

I had a problem with my Mercedes A class, DSG gearbox, they got the car back on the road with a 12 month warranty.

For me, So far so good its been a week since I got the car back.

I believe their pricing was fair, I would highly recommend this company if you have a gearbox issue,

Please don't just go to any a garage for a specialist job like a transmission as there are many parts to a transmission and here all is undertaken under one roof.

While there are other specialists out there they tend to pick and choose, This is in their own words (trust me i spoke to a handful of them) and they very quickly turn down jobs if the job has a bit of a history.

With Mister Transmissions they'll take on any job without batting an eyelid - this just demonstrates to me that again they know what they're doing and no job is too big or small.
