Received damaged part
Ordered an alternator, it was loose in the box and got damaged, the plastic back cover is cracked. Additionally the alternator is stuck, it is not spinning at all.
Since the website return form is not working for me, I wrote an email - no answer for 3 working days.
Tried calling 2 Norwegian phone numbers - both numbers seem to be not in use.
And now I'm stuck with a very expensive brand new broken alternator which I cannot even return. Great.

I ordered 4 glow plugs.When it comes,
they had fallen out of the boxes and one box was empty.I paid for 4 plugs,but got just 3.Never by here again.

I put in my plate number on the site to make sure I got the right parts. The brake pads they sent were completely wrong and did not fit. When I called they told me there are two sizes and I should of known which size my car was and ordered the right one. I was told that I could ship the parts back at my cost even though their site displayed them for my car. He said the box has to be perfect shape to get a refund even though you have to break the sticker to open the box.

Horrible service, they blamed me and then want me to pay for their mistake!
