For many products the sizes indicated are completely wrong. I had way too small leggings delivered about 4 times. I am European 36, which equals to XS or S, but when shopping with you turns out I would need at least an L. You have no free returns,so returning them is expensive and ultimately makes legging-shopping with you not worth it.
Last two times I had the wrong item shipped to me. The one I ordered was not in stock so I'm guessing it was decided (without asking me) to send me something similar? First, I know very well what I am ordering, and that is exactly the item I want to get. Second, the item was cheaper than the one I ordered, but nobody cared to refund the difference. Third, when I sent them back for an exchange, I got no notifications, no exchange and no refund for the sending costs (which had to be covered by missrebel in accordance with your policy).
These are substantial failings on the part of the company; I can't even imagine how can an online-retailer function if you can't provide even just average on-site and delivery services.
Other aspects seem good. Very low prices, new items added frequently, fast customer service e-mail reply.

Miss Rebel is an excellent website and have reccomend it to my friends. The clothes are good quality and beautiful. I would deffinatly order from Miss Rebel again.

I love Miss rebel and continuously buy items every month. I wish I had more money as I would try to own 1 of everything on the website. I love that they have under £5 and £10 sections and my friends and family always were jelous and loved the clothes I had and can now buy some in the plus size section. My favourite is the celebrity looks as no other seller has these types of dresses and at a fabulous price. I always receive discount codes and like that they do discounts on clothes and delivery all the time. I don't shop anywhere else for clothes.

Could not believe the under a fiver section, quality and choice is amazing , sizing is spot on too items fit superbly.always get comments when I wear your items.Great offers on frequently on p&p.all in all a great website so glad I found miss rebel .

The cloth are cheap,it has a very good quality. But the only problem I have is the delivery date for international,and the refund of card by shopper@worldpay when I did not demand for it.
I think Missrebel has to see to that in other to have a good services.

I don't have a very highly paid job which kinda sucks because I spend basically all my money buying clothes on this website which I love. I cannot recommend a better website to shop for your clothes girlies! This shop is sensational! I've ordered from here 2/3 times each time anything that I have ordered doesn't fit the last time I ordered o even went two sizes bigger and still nothing a size 14 was like a size 8.

I find this site affordable and stylish and always find myself window shopping on here when I'm desperate to see something new. I find their customer service brilliant and efficient and wish I had more spare cash so I could buy more often.

This website has the lastest and most creative clothing. They have reasonable prices but the only problem is that you don't have a walk in store.

Was a fast delivery and most of the item where good apart from a jumper that had drags in it but everything else I got was good
