If I could give zero stars I would. Zero customer service when you wish to do a return. I asked for them to cancel my order right after it was accidentally placed. They never replied and sent the dress. I've asked how they would like me to proceed with a return but I've been ghosted. I am fully aware I will not recieve a refund. Devastated. Definitely would not recommend.
Highly Unethical Business Practice - Stay Away From This Shop
I bought a dress from MISS HOLLY THE LABEL last month. After trying it on, deciding that the dress wasn't for me, I initiated a return request to obtain a refund. I posted the item back to them the next day through Australia Post Express Post (at my own expense). The tracking number shows that the item was received by the vendor two days afterwards.
Their Refunds & Returns policy states that all refunds are processed within 14 working days from receiving the item. After almost two weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted them to follow up. I have tried multiple communication channels (emails, phone call, and Facebook message) but receive zero response.
Their Refunds and Returns Policy Refunds & Returns policy states that customers have 30 days to return our order and they can provide an exchange, store credit, or refund, no questions asked. However, I found that the reality is so far from that statement. Yes, they did not ask any questions, but they also did not respond to any of my attempt to resolve the issue. The radio silence is deafening. As a customer, I have done everything right by their policy, so I am just asking for them to return the courtesy. They were responsive up to the point where they have to give me my money back.
I have sought a dispute from my Bank to reverse the transaction as well as lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I hope this business gets shut down as what they are doing is highly unethical. Please stay away from this shop.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I payed 152 for a dress and returned it a month ago.. after excuse after excuse I still haven’t received my refund(Technical difficulties, system failures etc.). Have had to dispute the transaction with my bank but PLEASE don’t buy anything from them!!!

Unfortunately this company is horrific with communication and upholding their refund promises. Nearly $800 being withheld, communication ceased after excuse after excuse (system is down, backlog of requests). Nearly 30 days after the dresses have been confirmed as returned !
Don’t shop from Missholly
Had so many bad experience with this shop. Ordered four dresses and returned them all as they were terrible sizing. But never got my refund, I send dozens of emails a day no response. They owe me over $500 and still waiting for a refund.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience! I ordered something which came really quickly but was horrible looking. I returned the item back and re-ordered another item. I never received an email confirmation, so I emailed them and they responded saying it was out of stock (after they took my money). I have sent over 6 emails and nobody has gotten back to me. They owe me 2 refunds of $300 in total. What a shame.

Had the worst experience with miss Holly, after placing my order and paying for express delivery to the UK - the company sent me an email stating that they were preparing my order. Waited for the delivery in vain, and upon I inquiring I was told that the stock run out. Despite the time I had lost, they asked me to pay more if I wanted the Dresses 'custom' made. This was so confusing, I just asked for a refund and to my surprise they refunded only part and not all the money!
One of my brifesmaid has still not received her refund! Horrible experience!

I'm a big online shopper and love to find new brands. I'm so glad I found Miss Holly! I ordered a white jumpsuit which I'm in love with. I was very impressed with the fit and quality. I had a very delightful experience and will definitely be ordering again!

I am very pleased with the communication from staff from Miss Holly the label company and if I need to dress again I will definitely contact them. The best customer service I’ve experienced! I ordered 4 custom made Nicola dresses and one standard size in color number 1 (ivory).
Right from the initial email I sent, the level of communication and customer service was outstanding. Every email I sent was always responded to in a timely manner, always with kindness, professionalism and empathy.
Production time of my custom bridesmaid dresses was excellent! Only a slight issue with the dresses being a smidge loose around the hip area, so I’ll still need to get them taken in but apart from this, the quality of the dresses are amazing, even the inner lining feels so good! Nice and thick :) the color is exactly what I hoped for! I’m very happy overall with the product.
Can’t wait for my wedding to see my beautiful bridesmaids show off these stunning dresses!

Where do I even begin ! The dresses are just DIVINE - from the design to the materials used and the fittings. It’s all of amazing quality and attention to details. I wore one of their dresses - the Lana Lace dress recently for my best friend’s wedding - felt AMAZING in it and received SO many compliments !
What stood out for me with Miss Holly is the service they provided. The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding, patient, go above and beyond, empathic, caring and responsive. Eventhough they were not able to deliver a custom-made Tatiana dress for me in time for my best friend’s wedding, I felt supported throughout the whole process and knew that they had tried everything humanly possible to try and make it happen ! Of course it all ended well as I do have other Miss Holly dress to wear 😉 (Another reason why I LOVE Miss Holly, there are MANY of their dresses to ‘fall back on’ 😉)
So if you want to look like a million dollars without breaking the bank and know that you will be given EXCEPTIONAL service, Miss Holly is IT 😃

We ordered 8 dresses from Miss Holly for my twin sister’s wedding and everything was SO a perfect. Their team was so accommodating with our custom order and extremely helpful! The quality of the dresses was amazing. We received so many compliments and my twin sister was beyond happy.
