I ordered and paid for a 50's swing dress June 13, 2020, to be used for a performance and did not receive it until July 31, 2020. I ordered the size strictly according to the size chart on the MissFoxShop website. Needless to say, the size was not even close to what I expected. I followed the returns/refunds policy exactly as stated on their site. I included pictures of the item. They asked me to send a picture of the measurements in the item but the dress did not have a measurement tag, only a tag for "washing". My return email from MissFoxShop said "the logistics fees are very high, not very cost effective".

Horrible quality and no way to return merchandise. Be careful, this ships from China so you have to pay a 30 fee just to return the merchandise. They are basically not helpful for returns or exchanges. Buyer be aware!

Happy with my order - and pleasantly surprised.
Ordered 21st Sept, received today, 11th October, so I'm happy with the delivery and tracking. The dress is cute. The sizes are a little on the small side so you need to order up. Quality is fine and the prices are great. No complaints. Honestly, I was sceptical as a lot of these sites are scams but this one was fine.
