My husband ordered me a set for my birthday and I absolutely love it. I decided to order two other sets for myself as well. When the package arrived it was damaged and so was the top set in the bag. I emailed customer service and they took care of it right away. They shipped me a new set to replace the damaged one! These sets are so comfy and the customer service is top notch. I will continue to order from this company and tell people about these wonderful, sexy, and comfortable sets!!

I had to change the address after ordering and it was extremely easy. The material and fit was exactly what I was hoping!

Got just in time for my wife right before the wedding. She absolutely loves it.

Misscosy followed up on our order and resolved our issue. The clothes were a gift and my wife enjoyed them saying the fit was true to size and the materials were very nice.

I had troubles initially receiving my order initially but after e mailing them, Christine was able to help me out and send me the same order just a few days later. Amazing customer assistance and still got the order in time for my friends birthday. At first I was very frustrated but once it was all taken care of, I was very grateful for the customer care they showed me!

Such a helpful company! I asked if I could order the pants separately as it wasn’t available online and they allowed me to and organised it for me. The sets are so comfy too and good quality!

Aside from the product itself being absolutely wonderful (meaning comfortable, looks great, my wife loved it, and the price was very good for what we got) I wanted to mention customer service.

I emailed the company because I never received the delivery. We were able to track the package to a warehouse where the delivery service was keeping it because they tried a few times and failed to enter my apartment building. Needless to say I did not want to drive to another city to pick up my delivery.

I emailed the company and was put in touch with Christine. She was very professional, courteous and helpful. The company wanted to send me another order so I won’t have to wait for mine to eventually arrive shouldn’t he delivery service decide to try again, or have to drive to warehouse far away.

It arrived, they tracked the package and showed me how (very easy to learn) and we received what we paid for.

It is very easy to have customer service that tries to take the easy way out or just “accept the feedback of your unfortunate experience” but this company wanted to make sure one customer who ordered one ensemble got what they paid for even if it means taking a loss.

I was pretty happy in the end.

Super great customer service. We hit a snag at no fault of MissCosy but customer service fixed it so quickly and without any hesitation! It was A+ communication from beginning to end! This is what customer service should be. I’ll buy from them again!

Awesome experience Miscosy great to deal with especially Christine I am extremely happy with the product I had purchased the wrong size I had contacted Them Christine was then happy enough to send out another set straight away express post without waiting for the return to come back, the correct set showed up in just a matter of 2-3 days with a perfect fit the Misses absolutely loves them Great quality product comfortable AAA++ for customer care, very happy, will be definitely buying more products from them 👌🏼💯🙏😊😊

My first package went missing but Christine with customer support was incredibly responsive and helpful with getting me what I ordered. My wife absolutely LOVES the three piece and thanks to Christine, I got some serious brownie points. Excellent product, excellent company.

This company stands behind their product. Great efficient communication and speedy delivery. I love the color ( Rose) and texture of the products.

I've ordered a set for my wife which upon delivery seemed to be the incorrect size.
Upon contacting Miss Cosy they took on the issue by sending the correct size themselves on their own behalf and I didn't even had to return the incorrect size which had been sent at first.
Top notch customer support and I can recommend this company as 100% safe and helpfull with great customer support!
P.S.: the correct size fits perfectly and is super comfortable!
