I ordered two dresses from Miss Rosier in December 2025. The yellow dress was cancelled immediately and never arrived. The red dress arrived but was completely unwearable — the built-in shorts were so short they provided no coverage whatsoever. This was not a sizing issue; a fundamental design flaw.
After weeks of exhausting back-and-forth, Miss Rosier agreed to a full refund if I returned the item. I did exactly that, following their instructions to the letter and shipping to their New Jersey warehouse.
They never refunded me for the returned dress. Instead, they only refunded the yellow dress that never even arrived in the first place — and told me "Klarna has processed your refund," which was simply untrue.
Because they failed to close the Klarna dispute and issue the agreed refund, I was charged €40 in late fees by Klarna for a balance I did not owe. The matter is now with a debt collector.
Three months of emails, a completed return, a clear agreement — and still no resolution. This is not a customer service failure. This is taking money for goods that were either never delivered or returned in good faith.
Avoid.

The site is a complete scam

The site is a complete scam. I wanted to return the clothes because they didn’t fit me. I had a long email exchange with them. Then they said they wanted to see pictures. Fine, no problem—I sent the pictures. After that, they claimed the clothes didn’t have any tags, even though they never had tags in the first place.

After a lot of back and forth, I finally managed to get a return address from them. Strangely, the clothes were supposed to be sent back to the United States, not to England. I tried to send them with DHL Express—€75 in shipping costs—only for the clothes to be returned to me. Absolutely outrageous.

This company is a whole scam

This company is a whole scam, I bought a dress and it looked slightly different from the photo, the color shade was different, the quality was really bad, not only that, but returns are in the form of a giftcard, and after this experience i dont think i want to buy a dress from this company. Its againt EU policy anyways.
Edit: at the end, we reached an agreement together that they will give me a partial refund while I keep the dress

I placed an order on March 9th with the…

I placed an order on March 9th with the expectation that it would ship & received within the advertised 7–8 day timeframe. After following up when I hadn’t received any updates, I was informed that the order hadn’t even shipped yet and wouldn’t be processed until the end of the month.

At no point during checkout was it communicated that the item was out of stock or subject to extended delays.

Due to the lack of transparency, I requested to cancel my order. Instead of issuing a refund, I was offered store credit or the option to select a different in-stock item, neither of which I wanted. When I reiterated that I wanted a refund, they then proposed issuing only 60% back to my card and the remaining 30% as a gift card, which is completely unacceptable.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I am still trying to recover my full refund for an item that has neither been produced nor shipped. Customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress from this company and it was a bit too small so I emailed them just wanting to exchange the dress and they made it so difficult to exchange. It took WEEKS for them to send me a return label. The dress was for my rehearsal dinner and finally after paying them, paying to return, and paying extra fees in shipping for the new dress, I ordered a new one and now it’s not coming in time. Do not buy from this company unless you want to be left with nothing to wear for your event. They also claim their craftsmanship takes a long time… I saw this exact same design dress on several other websites… I truly wish I would’ve just gone with one of the others.

OMG what a scam

OMG what a scam. Please do not buy anything from them! The quality is terrible, when asked about returns they are difficult - at first trying to request more money with different schemes and at the end saying that refund is in the gift card. Which is against the law in UK, where they market the product. They will be reported to Office of Fair Trading - hopefully this will shut them down..

My experience was amazing

My experience was amazing! My dress came within 2 weeks, and the quality was amazing! I got so many compliments and was absolutely obsessed with my dress! And a plus, the customer service I received was incredible! 10/10 would recommend!!!
