I am really sorry that you had to pay this, this is definitely not our normal delivery procedure. I have got in touch with the courier and will resolve this with you personally by email/over the phone. There should have been no extra charges as the cost would have been covered by us pre-delivery.

Bought several pairs of these bootcut…
Bought several pairs of these bootcut jeans in Letterkenny only for the elasticity to fail resulting in rippling effect across the legs and crotch of the jeans after 6 months.Paid close to 100 euro per jeans
Will not be buying these gimmicky jeans again, really disappointed.

I am really sorry to hear you are disappointed with the jeans.
From what you have said it seems that the Lycra thread has reacted to heat, which is common if it has been tumble dried on a heat that is too high. This will also depend on the type of jean as they have different levels of thickness and stretch - following from current denim treads, jeans are more stretchy and less heavy.
With this being said, please do give me a call on 01422 371311 to discuss this as we would like to hopefully resolve this situation.

Great service
After receiving a pair of jeans in the size I ordered, I 'phoned Mish Mash to say they were too big.
I did not expect the level of service that came next.
Within a couple of days a new pair arrived , no fuss, no drama, just fantastic service , and they fit a treat.
