No package received

My package seems to have been delivered to a neighbor. Ringed the bell at various houses but no one has received anything. Miscota does want to start an investigation, but GLS wants my ID. I've done business with Miscota not GLS. They have a contract with them, so why my ID. Never heard of the AVG. Privacy law!!!

liars! Scammers! Shi*ty shop

they are scammers and liars and they ignore customers. I ordered a package, only part of it came and now the store says that they don't have me in the system and I'll get shi*t. the store is a joke and customer service should go to hell

Pay attention...

My order was delivered in short time. Price was good but I had to pay CHF27 Zollgebühren. At this point would have been more convenient to buy it in Switzerland.

Paid in full and never received order!!

Placed my order and paid in full and never received it. Tracking showed my order was still in customs a month after it was to be delivered to me. Customer service was useless, states it is not their responsibility once it is shipped. Even though you could clearly see I did not receive my order they would not refund me or send me a replacement. Horrible customer service will never use them or even recommend them to anyone in the future.

Best Service I've Had for Years !!

I am completely blown away by the contrast between Miscota's customer service and other companies. I found it to be very prompt, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about its products. Really impressive and highlights other companies' failings in this regard. Can't recommend Miscota too highly.

worst experience. avoid this website!!!

I asked the customer service how long does the shipping take to China and he said 5-12 days. Then I put my order on March 23, and it has been in the transit to destination country status since March 31. Now it is May 9th!!! I contacted with the customer service two weeks ago to ask them where is my order, and they said they would let me know after the shipping company's investigation. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard anything back from them. And I couldn't get the refund. This online shopping experience is the worst ever. This is my first time shopping with Miscota and will be my last time as well.

STAY AWAY! Bad Business...

Paid over 6 euro for delivery within 3-4 days...it's been over 2 weeks and the product isn't even in my COUNTRY yet. No invoice given after my purchase and was treated rudely when I corresponded with them. Insisting I was at fault somehow for not getting it. 14 email exchanges to get it!! How about the "Yoga Guarantee" they offer for 3 euro for an "order without complications". Do you believe it? To pay extra for something that is normally called customer service?!?! That should have been my first clue as to the horrible business practices these clowns employ. I am on a mission to warn pet owners everywhere about this company.

Best website for dog equipment!

Miscota is a very good website to get your dog equipment. I've ordered from here previously and live in the UK, had no issues and my prong collars were spot on. This time round their customer services kindly asked if I could wait two days to which I have no problem, and they've dispatched my order the very next day to my surprise 😇. I look forward to receiving my order and can say all UK buyer rest assured! You will not be facing any nasty import tax charges! Miscota is spot on! 5 stars!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service

I ordered over 280 EUR of goods which incurred a 60 EUR shipping charge. When they were delivered Miscota had not linked the shipment and each of the 2 packages arrived with individual Customs Invoice # and stating the full value of the order. As a result I was charged twice (2 * 30 EUR) by the Swiss Customs as they treated it as 2 * 280 EUR shipments.
Miscota position is they are not responsible for customs charges and have twice closed the case (same customer support agent - Asia C.) - simply washing their hands of the sitation and not acknowledging it was their mistake with the paperwork which resulted in the charges.
Simply the worst service and no interest in trying to find an amicable solution or even learn from their mistake. This would be 0 stars if TrustPilot allowed it
I will never use them again and strongly recommend no-one else does.
