I ordered a bathroom cabinet (order number 32943) on 16th November 2020, for £450. We have heard nothing since then, and my recent emails have bounced back. I a worried that this may be a scam. Urgent response ... and prompt delivery is required.

We ordered two mirrors from Mirror for You in November 2020; and have received both in perfect condition and exactly as ordered. We had a problem with the second order which was promptly resolved by e-mail without question.

The mirrors are made to order so take a few weeks to be delivered but no more time than for sanitary ware etc. I've been very pleased with both the product quality and service and will be ordering another.

We made our order two months ago and there has been a long delay. We have tried to contact the company for the past two weeks but the phone doesn’t work and there is not a single reply to emails or online messages. We feel very helpless and seriously worry about being scammed by this company. We are about to report this company as a fraud to the police. Please stay away!

This company is a scam. Their phone number on their website does not work. Their contact us page goes to ‘page not found’.

We ordered two mirror cabinets about two months ago and paid over £1600 and still nothing. Now we can’t even get through to them! Beware!

This is a Polish company, based in Poland. This is NOT a British based company.

Update: 1st Feb 2021. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Ordered first week of November 2020. 3 months have passed. I am now seeking legal advice.

Update: 17 Feb 2021. This company could not get my mirror cabinets to me so I demanded a full refund. I eventually got it - but have wasted over 3 months in the process. They complain about Brexit boarder issues but when I spent 5 mins on google reading up the procedure I was clear on what they as a polish company had to do to ship to the UK. It’s not rocket science and they are just incompetent.

We're delighted with our mirror. It's exactly as we ordered. It did take a while to come but it's absolutely perfect, works well and looks great.

Poor quality of product. The mirror looks horrible as due to its location it is possible to see it from the side. Also promised IP rating is not provided. For that amount of money I find it totally unacceptable.
Sent them an email reqarding that with photos but no response in 8 days.
I dont mind really where they are manufacured, but the impression painted in website etc. is fake.

An update - after long waiting time regarding feedback, things diodnt imporve for me and I decided to leave them alone, use their poor quality mirror until I find replacement for it (and then pin the bloody thing).
Absolutely, do avoid this supplier!

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS BASED IN POLAND NOT THE UK LIKE THE WEBSITE SUGGESTS.

FIRST OF ALL IT TOOK AROUND 6 WEEKS DELIVERY TIME, WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE AROUND 10 DAYS ,SO WE LOST OUT ON GETTING WORKMAN TO WIRE THE MIRRORS UP. THEN WHEN THE MIRRORS TURNED UP WE MANAGED TO GET AN ELECTRICIAN 18 DAYS LATER, WHEN WE OPENED THE BOXES ONE WAS BADLY SMASHED AND THE OTHER WAS CHIPPED, WE REPORTED THE DAMAGE AND THE COMPANY WOULD NOT REPLACE OR REFUND THE MONEY, BY LAW THEY HAVE TO DO THIS AND THEY REFUSE, SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT WAS AN ALL ROUND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN TO GET OUR MONEY BACK

Read a few negative reviews on here and was put off but really liked their mirrors so went ahead with my order. Everything went well. It made me even order a second mirror which also came last week! Can only recommend!

The cabinet mirror arrived after 2 months. It arrived having on defected door as a result the door doesn't properly close and is not straight. I contacted them vai emails over the last three weeks but no response. The phone line is not working at all. I paid ~£600 for a mirror that is defected and not customer support. Avoid at any cost.

Why doesn't the company respond to emails? The telephone number does not work, the website links all lead to HTML downloads and I am entirely worried about losing almost £700; which we can't afford to lose to nothing.

Service improving! 'Mirror for You' responded promptly and positively following the above review and ever since beginning this review, all correspondence has been timely in returning emails; including apologies, explanations about website issues, and company understaffing (particularly during COVID). They have been kind enough (after a number of requests) to finally give me a date of when I should expect my product and have sent photographs of my product to inform my bathroom planning. Keep it up 'Mirror For You'...I am beginning to feel more optimistic about getting my mirror.

Its now November and after giving up on the two mirrors I ordered back in September I requested a refund after being thoroughly messed about. This refund was requested one month ago! Maybe you are using the money to fix the phone lines that still don't work?
Like other people on here I am starting to think this website is a scam. They owe me £814, and I am now going to seek legal action to get this money back as I have had no communication for four weeks. Please refund my money, order number 32609! This is ridiculous, I have never dealt with anyone like this before, it's so stressful. Avoid them like covid!

They are scam
I ordered a mirror on 12 September and there is no more info about that. I have been waiting for almost 2 months. I asked for an invoice but they did not provide any invoice.

Edit: It has been more 2 weeks from their reply. I received neither my order nor any messages or mail. They are absolutely scam.

It has been a long time coming, but then we have been in the middle of covid which has left a number of businesses struggling for material.

Used the contact form quite a bit for updates and sadly was told end of week a few times and they passed. I did eventually get told I was 1 of 56 waiting to be completed and they are a small team. This is why I am leaving 5 stars and not marking them done. I do not doubt that if the whole covid issue wasn't going on, I would have received the cabinet much quicker.

The cabinet itself is spot on, correct size as per spec and delivered in A1 condition. The packing was very through. Thank you

Mirror now installed and looks brilliant, really chuffed with the functions and look. One note, the shaver sockets require a EU travel plug, but not an issue.

Very pleased with our mirror which was delayed in production but excellent updates from the company. Good people to deal with.

We bought a mirror for our bathroom in Aug 2017. We were initially pleased until the light on it began flickering (like Disco lights!). We contacted MirrorForYou and they duly replaced it for a new one. Second mirror was fitted onto the wall for us and within four months this one broke too.

Our electrician said when fitting the second mirror that a transformer for the first mirror would likely fix it. Would suggest that the electrical parts of the mirror are maybe not the best quality.

Wanted confirmation if they would replace this mirror and been waiting since June for a reply (a few chasers in the meantime). Reading some of the other reviews, seems the comms are as poor via email as they are by phone.

Sadly, with our experience, I'd have to say that the quality of their product is also poor, unless we've been unlucky (I hope we are because we always support small companies where possible). MirrorForYou are not helping themselves by not responding to their customers in a timely fashion.

A real shame because when the mirrors work they're excellent.

Do you have a working phone? You have responded to several reviewers going back several weeks/months that you are getting your phone line sorted. How hard can it be. The phone number listed on your website is simply not working which is preventing me from placing the order as I am worried like several other customers that I won't be able to contact you in case of an issue after placing the order! And you chat is a sham as no one responds there either.

Please could you share a working phone number where I can contact you?
