Communication is very poor. The contact number is always switched off so there is no way to speak to the customer service. I’m actually think g it is a scam, and will be in touch with my bank to return the funds
Mirror was delivered as ordered, very happy with the mirror as it is very good quality glass. Will use this company again next time I am ordering a mirror.
Placed order 4th October, 9 days later had heard nothing:
- Sent 3 emails
- Left 2 voicemails
- Made two further phone calls
The glass did eventually arrive, but I had no response to any of my requests for information concerning my delivery.
Interestingly, as soon as I wrote this review they contacted me. I will not be using this company again.
Update: It appears from the companies reply below ( 12.11.20), their administration is as bad as their customer service. Order number: 1046.
