do not use this website - they happily take your money and then when you win do not allow you to deposit they ask you to verify then when they deside you may win they will not allow you as keep rejected my card even though I deposit that card . Customer services do not respond

One of the most disgusting "legit" sites I've ever come across, half the bad reviews dont even describe the half of it. Huge wagering required to withdraw your own money, if you contact support about it they act dumb, £2.5 withdrawal fee which is the highest I have ever seen. Dirty rotten site there's plenty others out there avoid this one.

Following my previous message I still have not received my withdrawal request, I have now sent 11 Emails and received 11 emails all saying the same, HI thanks for contacting our friendly Customer support team we have made it easier to contact us,they are joking, take the 1 star away Customer service is non existant I'm at a loss now what to do ,I think I can now say goodbye to the money owed to me, Keep away from Mirror Bingo you won't receive any winnings

Absolutely disgraceful rip-off site wearing the indentity of a supposedly left-wing newspaper and so preying on the least affluent members of society. If I could give less than one star, I would. Why? First, want to make a withdrawal, to get back YOUR MONEY? These thieves will charge you TWO POUNDS FIFTY for the pleasure. And only tell you AFTER you've deposited. I have a lot of casino accounts. I've never come across a charge as high as this. Most others in fact don't charge at all. Second, they not only apply wagering requirements to their intro offers, but also to their daily free offers. Nobody else I know imposes wagering requirements on their daily offers. Third, their wagering requirement is SIXTY FIVE times. Some casinos have none at all. Those that do usually require 30x or 40x, which is bad enough. But these gangsters require you to turn over ANY bonus 65 times. To all intents and purposes, it is completely impossible to translate any bonus into cash. Oh, but if by some miracle you do happen to do so, eg by dropping a big jackpot, you canthen only withdraw up to the limit of your otal deposits!! Absolutely dreadful, rip-off site. Do yourself a favour and sign up with one of the million other bingo/casino sites with better terms.

I would give this site 0 I deposited £100 and won 0p same winners were always winning never got a chance ro withdraw as I didn't win stay as far away as possible.

The website is awful, and misses half the page most the time. You can deposit in under 20 seconds, but to withdraw you have to jump through so many hoops and 'verification' - and PAY £2.50 to withdraw your own money?! Never come across that before.

I wish I had read the reviews before using this site.
I have provided paypal details, passport, proof of address, a selfie (strange request but hey ho), I thought all that was excessive to be honest.
Signed in tonight, they now want photos of the card & bank account registered with paypal. The whole point in using paypal for me is that I don't have to share my cards/bank details with anyone.....They're happy to accept the payment from said account, not so keen to pay out into it.
This far exceeds the requirements of any other sites I have used and just doesn't feel right.
Won't be using it again.

Absolutely awful. Suprised they dont want a swab of your DNA tbh. Already verified my account & then have to do all of it again 5 months later, takes the pee. Oh dear! At the time of leaving this review I have been waiting for days to verify my account. I have submitted the required documents and still no joy. I have had no contact from support despite sending numerous emails. The site itself is ok but is badly let down by its support service and verification process. Will revise review if the matter ever gets resolved

I would avoid this site like the plague, verification process continually fails. Unable to upload documents for days on end, CS for no reason block access so unable to get into account to check.
I won an amount and I was unable to withdraw as the verification process was incomplete even though I had emailed the required documents days before due to the failure of their inept verification system. All communication takes an age, as all via email. There is no in chat help function available. Funny thing is they call their CS the friendly support team, nothing friendly or good about them. They are very quick to take your money to play but the minute you want to withdraw winnings they stall at every opportunity. You don't win anything anymore! You Put in hundreds get a bonus and you get £30 back wth...then it takes another £200 to get anything and even then the most you'll win is £8! So I played on mirror bingo randomly and I got extremely lucky and put £10 in and won £4000. After reading all the negative reviews I was quite skeptical about how the withdrawal process would be. I was pleasantly surprised to have the money in my account exactly 1 week later. I don’t think is too bad at all considering the amount of money it is. I had to upload documents and proof of payment etc but this was all verified fully within about 2 days. Unless you are doing something non compliant then there will be no problem with getting your money out. Yes the withdrawal process is slightly long winded but if you follow all the steps then the money is yours. I am very happy with the service I received so thank you mirror bingo.

Well it’s the worst one yet. Deposit £10 and get up to 500 free spins. Ok let’s have a go….. utter rubbish! It give me 20 free spins and that’s it. I used the £10 I put in and played on the spins and I currently have about £27 in the pot. I went to withdraw some and guess what? It says I have £27 bonus money and £0 real money. Avoid this site.Absolutely disgusting . I won some money and tried to withdraw.I have been asked to upload documents which has been refused by online system in the pretext of 'error', 'poor quality'. I have tried more than one can imagine and none of them were accepted.There is no live chat to speak to customer service and you hav to communicate via email.I have been advised to send email to the mother company"Jumpman..." ,but i realy dont know when i will get a reply. It is a waste time & money. please do not sign up or dis-engage from this casino site.As i can not able to withdraw, i spent all my winnings back and my account left with pennies.
BTW this is my second experience within a couple of months.
