Deposited thousands into mirror bingo, when it came to having a win and withdrawing I was met with utter silence apart from them asking for my self exclusion details of course I imagine to try and not pay the funds on this account, although happy to have a self excluded player deposit thousands of pounds with Zero due diligence. They cant even be bothered to reply to me nearly 3 weeks and a £4k balance which I can’t access and have no idea what’s going on, there customer service is absolutely diabolical, I will be pursuing them for all deposits and indeed my account balance. Please save yourself the mental health torment and do not play with Mirror Bingo or any of the Jump Gaming sites. Literally the worst experience from someone who genuinely needed the money they are a disgrace. But I will not be letting this go.

I had an account that I used many years ago, and then out-of-the-blue got a message giving me free free spins with no wagering if I simply logged in. When I visited the site the was a message saying that I had to deposit to receive the bonus, so I deposited £10 but the bonus was nowhere to be found. I then went to withdraw and was told the minimum for withdrawl is £20, so I deposited another £10. Next, I was told there is a £2.50 charge for withdrawals and I'm required to upload documents first.

Would give no stars if could put 10 pounds in had 10 free spins only 25p ones kept winning with my money couldn't withdraw kept saying wagering no.way I had wagering end balance was over 85 pounds.and when looked they stole 75 pound left me 10

Unable to withdraw winnings, no response to multiple chases, verification of documents upload doesn't work, sent all required IDs manually, and still not a single acknowledgement and keep going round in circles on live chat.. #SCAM #FRAUDSTERS

I like many other reviews I have read can't get my money withdrawn.from this site.so I will take action see if I can get.it announced on the 1 show bbc1.and above.all it's being advertised.in the daily.mirror.highway robbery all the documents you are supposed to send to get your winnings and pay £2.50 a charge

This site is a scam, impossible to withdraw and customer service ignore messages and emails, I tried to withdraw £300 and after jumping through hoops for DL, Passport , utility bill, card verification they ignore me ..DO NOT USE , this company of conmen are just scamming people , someone has to close this site down , they are taking advantage of people who sign up in good faith …DO NOT USE

Don't bother,when you want to deposit there's no questions but when you want to withdraw they want id,even a pic of bank card that they took your money from

Worst gambling site, ridiculous procedure to withdraw, quick at taken your money but not so when you want it, you get charged £2.50 to withdraw, I play for fun but this site takes the fun right out of it, I’m out.

There are withdrawal fees AND restructions so much that I have lost winnings. There's no point playing here if they don't let you have your winnings. Not just id checks, they are norm. But only 1 withdrawal a day?! There's too many other sites!

Absolute theif they never mentioned photo id till I deposited they block the account take your funds then plays ignorance thinking il go away mirror bingo needs to fix this.

Absolute joke of a company! Verified my account with numerous ID, still can't play any games until they have done it, have just under £2,000 to withdraw and I can't until they sort out verifying ID!!! No number to ring, they say they have live chat but they don't it just takes you to writing another email! Been trying to sort this for nearly 2 months and not getting any further!! The amount I have deposited and then not being able to withdraw my winnings I am fuming!

Was very sceptical after reading the reviews but I managed to get a nice little win.

I deposited £10 and I won 70 so I thought my mum just died so I'm going withdraw my funds.They said they need ID so I uploaded my passport.my bank card.An official letter with my name and address and a selfie of myself but they still keep saying they want more ID but I feel that I've sent all the ID and more I could do with this money go towards mum's funeral.So if you join this site make sure you do your ID and they get approved before depositing also bear in mind when you come to withdraw they also charge you a fee of £2.50 for the privilege

When you go to deposit it goes straight on £50 so you have to be carefully,no bonus spins as specified in promotion,do not rate this date at all.

Deposited £30 poor play so was wanting to withdraw £50 didn't realise it's £2.50 to withdraw. Then they want you to upload documents which was impossible as they say its not correct ect ect permanently left the site they shouldn't be allowed to do this. These types put you off completely. Rip off site .I deposited more than I wanted by accident hadn't realised total was on £50 not 10.couldnt withdraw. The excess it doesn't make it easy .not one bonus game out of all the money I piled in.lesson learned I guess I know it's gambling but odds stacked very unfairly

They know everything about your life, got tired of waiting so blew winnings on more bingo, well out of the 6 games I played with over 110 people playing the same 3 winners won 90% of the time, I’d like to know the odds of that actually happening, this ‘person’ who won the full house 4 of the games should really play the lottery if their luck is that good!
