Had a problem with a straightener brush I bought a few months ago, so I emailed the customer service team, in which I received a prompt response from one of their team member ‘Anne’ who was able to kindly help me. She looked into my order number and informed me that the unit I bought is still within warranty, so she asked if I would like to be sent a replacement, in which I agreed and she was able to submit a replacement requests. Overall, I’m satisfied with the customer service I received, as Anne was able to accommodate my concerns in a timely and supportive manner. I’m now looking forward to receiving a working unit and see what all the good reviews are about. Thank you Anne!

So far I love this product! I have very curly, knotted, thick hair and it's always a pain to use a straightener because it takes so long to section it out and straighten. I brushed my hair through with this brush and it only took me 6 minutes to get my hair completely straight and I was so shocked! It's so easy and heats up so fast. I wish I purchased sooner!
