Warning: Misleading Company and Poor Service
Be cautious when purchasing items from this company. It appears to operate through dropshipping, which often leads to complications—not to mention being a questionable business model. I ordered from what seemed to be a Swedish website, but the company is based in Germany, and the return address for the products is in China.
I ordered a pair of linen trousers, but when the package finally arrived, the trousers were 100% cotton. In other words, I received a product I did not order. Despite this, the company insists that I must cover the return shipping myself to receive a full refund, or alternatively accept a 25% refund without returning the item. I am very disappointed and do not believe for a moment that they are genuinely sorry for failing to meet my expectations.
