Disappointing Experience with Miracuves and Their InDriver Solution
After purchasing the InDriver app solution from Miracuves Solutions Pvt. Ltd, I have encountered numerous issues that have significantly impacted my experience and perception of their service and product quality. Despite the initial promise of a comprehensive package—including source codes for web, Android, iOS, deployment, rebranding, and support—the execution has fallen short in multiple areas.
Issues Encountered:
Lack of Initial Testing: The Android app and admin dashboard were delivered without apparent prior testing from Miracuves, revealing several basic functionality failures.
Persistent Functional Failures: Despite multiple reports and discussions, critical features such as dashboard geofencing, currency symbol accuracy, pagination, user complaint visibility, and more, remained dysfunctional or inadequately fixed.
Unprofessional Communication: In addressing these ongoing issues, the responses from Miracuves devolved into unprofessionalism, including dismissive attitudes towards crucial features and inappropriate personal remarks during conflict resolution attempts.
Impact:
The aforementioned problems have not only delayed the operational deployment of the InDriver solution but also introduced unexpected burdens in managing and rectifying these deficiencies. The lack of professionalism in handling feedback and the reluctance to acknowledge and promptly fix reported issues underscores a significant concern regarding their customer service and product reliability.
Conclusion:
I strongly advise potential clients to reconsider engaging with Miracuves Software for their InDriver app solution. The experience has highlighted serious gaps in product functionality, quality assurance, and customer service etiquette. Investing in their services poses a risk to project timelines, budget, and overall success.

The above client came to us for indriver clone and asked for a discount saying he is from a poor country and needs it badly, we considered and give him a discount, We asked for specific hosting which he failed to provide, on top his google account didnt worked for a week.
After all this we built his solution, gave him source codes, and put his web and admin and android apps onlibe, gave him for testing. During testing he mentioend few points to be adjusted for his needs we did that, he asked for pagination system, we said its not important, and he started talking rude and saying we didnt do his work for which he paid for. We agreed to do it but he removed our access from the server and said he would go online and ruin our reputation, so we tried to come to the truce but he didn't agree. To prove he is genuine he wrote the review. The best part is the agreement was just the source codes against the invoice install and deployment are free and he tested our demo thoroughly before purchasing. This is a cheap move to get all the work done, get codes, and then move in the direction of asking for a refund. More like begging for a discount and then asking for work and then claiming the refund.
We have all the proofs of everything.
