I called and spoke to owner Jamie to inquire about my steel tub and rusting . I sent pics and she said they would make it look brand new and no need to replace . At first, the tub looked great but a couple of months is all it lasts . Tub starting peeling all over the tub . The rust started coming back and now was worse that it originally was. They came out and redid the tub within 6 months of original date and within a couple of months of repair, it started again ! This time , they said the tub was no longer warranted only a year from original! They promised and provided a 5 year warranty. Do yourself a favor and just replace instead of having this company do it . My tub is now ruined and I’m having it replaced . I wish I could show you picture here so you could see the quality of their work. Read yelp reviews and see how often this happens !!

Jayden from Miracle Method absolutely saved the day! After an initial technician made some errors and I wasn’t satisfied with the results, Miracle Method immediately stepped up. Kyle came out to inspect the work and agreed it needed to be redone — which I truly appreciated.

Jayden was then assigned to the project, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He carefully assessed everything, explained the best approach, and completed the job with precision, care, and efficiency. The tub and surround look fantastic!

What really stood out was that Miracle Method stood behind their work and made it right. That level of accountability and professionalism means a lot. I highly recommend them!

I paid Miracle Method in August 2025 to resurface my guest bathroom tub/shower in the color of Biscuit. In the months that followed, a new ceiling, bathroom exhaust fan, granite countertop, mirror, door and paint were completed. It was not until the bathroom Biscuit sink was installed that I discovered that Miracle Method applied the incorrect color to the bathroom tub/shower; it was White, NOT Biscuit. I immediately emailed Emily at Miracle Method on the same day. I was informed by Emily that "the estimators are out of town" for the next 4 weeks. Despite providing numerous pictures of the incorrect color, I was left with no other option but to wait a month for Brian, the Estimator, to come back out to my home to confirm the color was incorrect. When I contacted Emily to schedule the re-do to correct their error, I was informed that Miracle Method was booked out for the next 6 weeks. The owner denied my request for a refund. Clearly numerous dissatisfied customers successfully made credit card disputes because the only form of payment Miracle Method accepts is CASH and CHECK leaving me with no recourse but to be punished and penalized for 2 months and 2 weeks for Miracle Method's mistake. Although I wouldn't expect another customer to be rescheduled, Miracle Method has failed to find a prompt resolution to fix their mistake, such as offering overtime to a technician or placing me on a cancellation list. As I write this, I have 5 more weeks left so it goes without saying I would NOT recommend Miracle Method.

Their warranty is LITERALLY NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT'S PRINTED ON! Less than 2 years after our refinishing was done, we have a cracking peeling issue. Attempted to contact franchisee for our area, to discover they have gone out of business. Contacted Miracle Method (Corporate). They stated that the warranty was the franchisee's and as they are out of business, our warranty is void! Miracle Method's current web-site states the the process has a 5 year warranty, with no mention that the warranty was exclusive to the franchisee. To say their business ethics are questionable, is a gross understatement.

Company came in and did our basement shower which only took months to peel. Very bad customer service also. We had sink done too and same problem. DO NOT use this company. The company has the right name because it’s a miracle they are still in business! BEWARE

The whole experience was easy going and great overall. The refinishing came out perfect. It’s like having a new tub! I love it! My technician Glauco was awesome to deal with, very knowledgeable and professional with all the work. Definitely worth the price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a refinish job.

I believe that this is the first public review that I have ever written but I owe it to others to issue this warning. DO NOT use this company to refinish your tub. It was the worst customer service experience that I have ever had with regard to finished product, communication and commitment fulfillment. There are two sad truths at play here: First, I believe that the ownership, office staff and field crew sincerely want to provide a top shelf experience and finished product. Unfortunately they are evidently not capable of doing so. Second, they actually believe after all is said and done where so many things have gone wrong , that they HAVE provided a premium product and customer experience. I think the word is delusion. In a nut shell, untimely or non existent responsiveness, poor finished appearance, overspray that still has not been corrected, unfulfilled promises and lack of organized effort are all characteristic of my experience with Miracle Method. The only miracle I see is that they are still in business if this is how they go about doing business with all their customers.

Do not fall for this scam! As others have stated our tub is cracking, peeling. They claim that representative is no longer is business and want me to pay for a repair.
Do not use Miracle Method!

I had my clawfoot tub refinished in 2020, now the surface is failing. The local franchisee is no longer in business and Miracle Method does not support their own product or his work. Their guarantee is worthless!!!!! And their staff is not polite.

The representative who came to sign the contract seemed professional and capable. After they completed the job, I noticed that it needed a second coat for an uneven finish, but the worker was unresponsive to my request. When I contacted the office to complain, they sent the same representative, who denied there was an issue from the start. the office didn't let me reach the original representative, and I felt like I had wasted my money and time

the floor was never sloped correctly and has continued to flake off. even thought it has been a continuous issue they say the warranty has ended and they will not do anything about it. they have a subpar product. i initially gave them 5 stars the day after they the install. they have had to come back 3 or 4 times to fix the same issue, so roughly ever 6 months or so. in my mind the issue has never been resolved so the warranty should still be in play.

Resurfaced bottom of tub for a 1" crack. Twenty months later and the crack is back. Of course, the warranty is only 12 months....which they are choosing to hide behind instead of making it right.

this plastic-like paint will chip, crack, and stain within a few months and then you are left with a much worse problem. i have to remove my bath and the entire wall behind it now. this was an expensive mistake.

This may work well for bathroom sinks and tubs, but doesn't do well at all with kitchen sinks. Had this coating applied to my kitchen sink in late October 2021. Within 13-months, the coating at the outlet flanges started to crack and flake off, almost as though it was shrinking at the flanges. Some of the blemishes in the original sink started to also bleed thru and now the entire sink, bottom, sides and divider are deteriorating and the original color is showing thru. I called to inquire as to why this was happening and was told it was likely due to me not wiping the sink dry after each use. They never indicated that wiping the sink dry after each use was a requirement. Its a sink...it's sole purpose pertains to water. I have never had to wipe my sink dry "after each use" and have never had a problem in decades.
They indicated that they would need to return annually at a cost of over $170.00 per trip to re-coat the sink. Sounds like they have a built in reason not to stand behind their product and installation or even to honor a warranty with the "dry after each use" criteria. I do not recommend this company or this product.

The tub/ shower has texture unlike the sleek mirror shine that it originally was. And, you will want get the second layer of sand on the floor. You slide around in the basic amount.

As frustrating that it took THREE attempts to get my tub/shower to have a minimally textured, the lying and rude guys were the worst part.

The first four hour work resulted in a LOT of TEXTURE. Gregg, who was their “best installer in Maine and New Hampshire,” told me the texture was due to the surface of my shower walls. Umm, excuse me, my shower walls were sleek and shiny.

Then, the rude shop manager came to sand off the texture. Due to no working light installed in the shower yet, I took a flashlight to look at the walls to now show him the POCK MARKS. He said, “No disrespect, but no one will ever look at your shower with a flashlight.” Feeling disrespected, I told him that I would call the home office and get his work fixed. Like a petulant child, he said, “Well go ahead and do that.”. To his credit, he didn’t stick out his tongue at me.

Third time was the best finished work. The original guy came back and told me that the “orange peel” texture was because the trucks are left out in the 30 degrees or less temperature with all their product left inside there. First of all - there WAS texture for it to be called “orange peel. Second, it was cold product and not my shower. I expressed surprise at why they even work on refinishing during those cold days. Gregg then told me it was new product. I was seriously not believing him at that point. Anyway, the third time, there was less texture. I was now told that with sanding and all that product that they use that there was no way it was going to be a sleek, smooth mirror finish that a new tub/shower has. WHY wasn’t I told that by the very nice sales guy??? I would not have had an unrealistic expectation.
