Super bad experience and definitely not…

Super bad experience and definitely not a place I will come back to or recommend further.

We had booked a table at 11.
After we get the table, we wait 30 minutes to be allowed to order.
It is relatively quick to get something from the brunch plate, but you have to wait longer before the rest arrives (scrambled eggs, kale and bread).
Why not serve it together?

Nice we get our food. But we haven't got any drinks?? We wait 30min to get our drinks…. Which means we also wait to eat - ie. our food was completely cold when we got the drinks.

I had to go up three times without a waiter responding to my request.... We even get hold of a waiter - but who points a finger at us and says we have to wait.. what bad service??

After 30 minutes, someone comes down with water for us, but we still haven't had our coffee and juice.

A waiter comes down and apologizes and says that of course we don't have to pay for our drinks.

10 minutes after we have had our drinks, another waiter comes and says that we have to leave in 5 minutes because the table is reserved for others.

Here we haven't even finished eating our food or drinking our drinks.

After a long discussion, we are allowed to stay, even though most people want to just walk away from the bill.

When we have to pay, we are charged for drinks and have to explain again that it is not okay.

It seems that the cafe has very poor internal communication. Generally bad experience that goes beyond one's customers.
