Pleased with my purchase which was very nicely packaged and arrived a few days after I ordered it. Reason for giving 3 stars is that I didn't receive an email notifying me that my order had been dispatched or any tracking information so I had no idea when it was going to arrive. I would have appreciated that information as I have not used this company before and I was slightly nervous.

Beautiful very light weight dressing gown, great for the weather we are

This item is for small person ,not for plus size

I am working with Mio Destino for at least 2 years, and I am very satisfied with the services provided. They have no problems with international shipping, the good are always of perfect quality and nicely packed.

I ordered a swimsuit then a week later I was told my size was out of stock. I can't really comment on their service but I would have preferred it if their stock information had been accurate at the time of ordering. I would give them another chance if the item I want shows up as being available.

I had a very good experience on ebay so I decided to order direct from Mio Destino. Ordered (5) bed jackets - (3) were out of stock and the remaining (2) haven't shipped yet (7) days later. Still waiting for the credit card to be credited for the (3) bed jackets that weren't available.

Fast service and fits would definately use again

I’ve found Mio Destino to be a great company. I order swimwear for a holiday and found the item not to fit properly. When I told them, they suggested an alternate as they couldn’t offer me another size. They treated me like a person with personalised care.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mio Destino, always great prices & selection. if there is any issue or a question, Mio’s customer service team is really quick to respond and resolve issues. Nice people, nice company.
