I placed an order for a baby carrier on…

I placed an order for a baby carrier on March 19 and never received it.
The company does not respond to emails and provides no updates.
After waiting weeks, I still have no product or tracking information.
Very disappointed. I would not recommend this store.

DO NOT ORDER, IT S SCAM

I strongly advise against ordering from this brand. My experience has been extremely disappointing and feels like a complete scam.
After placing my order, nothing happened for 11 days. The order was only processed after I initiated a dispute with my bank to request a refund. That alone raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.
They present themselves as a brand based in Brazil, but once the order was finally processed, I discovered it is actually being shipped from China. This is very misleading.
They also stated that delivery would take 10 business days after processing. It has now been over 13 business days, and I still have not received anything.
I have tried to contact them twice to request a refund, no response. They have also ignored the bank’s dispute request entirely.
This company is not trustworthy. Lack of transparency, delayed processing, false representation, and zero customer support. Avoid at all costs.

Baby carrier

I recently received the baby carrier and I absolutely love it. I enjoy going for walks with my little one in it – she loves watching everything around her and then gently falls asleep. This is so cute!

Also thank you so much for the gifts, that was really sweet and thoughtful!

I also love the color of my baby carrier – the beige tone goes perfectly with my outfits ☺️❤️ This is exactly what I wanted!

I ordered my parcel for 1 month now and…

I ordered my parcel for 1 month now and never received it . This page is a total scam I have to call my bank for refund as this page was not responding the email for my refund . They were trying to be cool but I’m cooler than you guys . Call to bank to cancel the order and send the bank for refund about this page and tell the bank and send the bank about the contact information and message them that you didn’t receive the product with proof they will refund it . Stupid page

Paid and then nothing, asked for a refund as was talking so long, no response. I’ll have given birth before I receive the pillow . Don’t order, you won’t receive it.

Unfortunately this website/company is a scam, the photos are taken from personal Instagram accounts. I never received my products when ordered and you never get a response from them. I raised an investigation with the bank for a refund. The reviews are definitely AI and are posted internally which is very suspicious. Avoid at all costs.

In love with the Embrace baby carrier

I bought the black baby carrier and I’m about to get another color as well. At first I hesitated because I couldn’t find many reviews online, but the product I received is perfect quality and really beautiful. Best of all, my baby finally accepted a carrier after we tried several without success. I definitely recommend it.
