Dishonest

I am from Poland and I bought their trousers. If I could give them zero rating or even lower I would. A product of such a poor quality that it is a pity to mention. The trousers arrived in a bad shape, stretched fabric and stitches, and rubber of printing missed in spots. Their support did not answer for several days, I sent several mails and waited for replies. From the beginning they refused to accept the claim and refused to refund the money (as for now on). On their website they claim to be so great, from my POV they are not. Buying from them meant for me losing money. I am still fightimg with them and I am planning to notify the Customer Ombudsman in the UK.

Fake!!

Fake!!! Came from china took a month when I requested for a refund they said that we cannot accept refunds unless it’s an error on our part
