Absolutely unacceptable. Seventeen days to verify my account, when they boast it only take five days. Seventeen days of silence, no updates, no replies to my email. Nothing.
If they can't handle something as basic as onboarding when I have just little amount in it, what happens when large sum is at stake? Ignoring customers is reckless. Stay away.
Every time I log into Gold Rule, I feel reassured. I know my money is safe and I can withdraw them whenever I need.

Very easy and intuitive including automated investment selection (for loans) good looking app and it's serving me for a good while now, delivering Solid 11% on a 5 digit invest. Definitely recommend.

They make it not too difficult to become a customer, or that's how they make it seem. After you signed up and invested money, they suddenly require a lot more very private documents or else your account will be shut down. They should be upfront about the documents you need to provide.

Complete and intuitive interface, always improving with time.

Good Investing Platform, different products available, good returns.
Of course as in every financial operation there are risks and this is no financial advice, but Mintos seems pretty much strong at the moment.
Site well structured and useful app.

Good experience with their P2P lending platform and now when they are expending into ETFs and bonds I have a sense of even greater stability.
They pulled through some tough times for markets and kept a high level of service.

The website and the application are crystal clear and super user friendly.

Ridiculous that you send an email communicating a "monthly inactivity fee" without ANY explanation what that means for someone like me who hasn't used Mintos for YEARS. Absolutely ridiculous practice! I wish to never have anything to do with Mintos again.

At Mintos, you can literaly start investing within minutes, everything is digital. However, when you need to handle a heritance of an investor, all digital mindset is gone. You have to pay hundreds of Euro's to translate normal country based docurments to English and have to send all documents fysically, a process of months. Once you do have confirmation that everything is correct and I am confirmed the rightfull heir with power of attorny, you do not get actual control and there is no policy or proces in place how to handle this. I literally have to wait DECADES untill all loans are repaid in full before I have all the money back from my deceased relative. So, all users, please be aware that in case of the worst, your heirs might have to wait DECADES to get the money and have to pay extra hundred's of euro's on top of normal local documentation. I am withdrawing in total form Mintos platsform, I do not want to bring this burden to my kids dispite the short term gains of this.

I like the web interface, the site is fast and responsive and helpful. It is very easy to navigate and there is help on many areas. The app needs some work to be better. It's a bit funny that when you navigate inside the app it ends up opening a website on your mobile phone's browser to be able to browser offers.
