1. I somehow didn’t pay for delivery via website, so I sent a mail asking for account details to make this payment. The response to mail was quick, and didn’t beat around the bush to solve the problem.
2. Delivery was quick. I think I got it the next day.

I placed my glasses order on the 23rd…
I placed my glasses order on the 23rd of May and also made payment that day, I was told it takes 7 working days to process, which I’m sure is excluding weekends so it should have been done by the 1st of this month and sent out, but I only got my tracking number today which was after I made a complain yesterday about not receiving it. Medicated glasses are sensitive things, if I didn’t need it I wouldn’t order it, it’s not a dress that if I don’t get it on time no problem, it’s something I need to participate in everything. I’m honestly not pleased with your delivery services. And to top everything of delivery takes 3-7 days outside lagos so only God knows when I’ll get it lol.

Poor delivery service
The order took forever to be updated to processing despite the product having been shipped. Tracking likewise is somewhat a sham as I had to call to make enquiries about the whereabouts of my order before a DHL tracking code was sent to me by SMS.
Response to email is 0 and one of the emails on the website bounces back using gmail.
