If it was possible to give a 0 star…
If it was possible to give a 0 star review for this site I would, so here is a warning review for any new customers drawn in by bingo referral sites.
Today I played bingo with this company in a standard 1 line, 2 line, full house 90 number game.
This is what happened:
I needed number 84 for the line but when 84 was called, the line lit up as completed, but the game continued playing, and after a few more numbers announced another player as a winner despite their winning number being drawn later.
I was a bit shocked , but then when I needed number 8 for the full house and the game continued after 8 was drawn and I'm sitting there with all numbers for a full house, and after another 5 or 6 numbers the win went to another player, I knew something wasn't right.
I had to wait a while as live chat didn't start for a hour , but when I contacted customer service, they were not interested in the slightest... No sense of there might be a glitch in their system. All the rep said was my records showed that I had not won my last game played.
When I told the representative that I would not be depositing any more funds with Mint , I found that my account was closed (with real money funds in the account not just a bonus), and so I do not trust this company at all.
A third concern was the actual bingo tickets. In a 90 number game there has to be at least 1 number in each vertical column. The tickets here often had empty columns (eg no numbers 1-10). I believe that this contravenes industry standards.
I can't trust this company at all, indeed I wonder if the winners were real winners at all ,and hence why my wins were ignored by the system.
So if anyone reads this before opening an account, be aware that they ring all kinds of alarms for this experienced player.
