My first order was lost in transit. I contacted customer service and the response was immediate. Gina was quick to track my order and keep me updated. She quickly re-ordered so that my gift would be on time. This level of customer service is not the norm these days. I will support and tell everyone to support mint and lily

Love the look also quality the way it is made. Some I did not like is a few things that were made a very small chain it just didn’t look like very nice quality like all the rest. Even the one that was like Jim clip was very nice the other one did not. But because of ALL the rest are great. This company is very very good.

I bought several things from mint and Lily. The bracelet broke the first day. The necklace I got my daughter. She has had for three months now, and it has broken at the clasp which we had fixed on our own. Now she reports two of the stones are out of the letter. This is cheap jewelry don’t waste your money.
