Terrible quality and subpar AI customer service
Bought a dainty chain necklace and ring. Ring was the wrong size, after going back and forth with “Gina” the AI bot that handles customer service I got a prepaid return label. The necklace tarnished after 3 days and despite “Gina” saying it was a manufacturing defect they will not refund me due to the personalization policy save yourself your money. The quality is not as advertised and you have to jump through hoops to get a refund, if they are willing to. Extremely disappointed

Not as pictured
My gold color bracelets showed up in a timely manner but the inscriptions on them are not as pictured, I cannot see it with the naked eye I need a magnifying glass to see that they are actually inscribed, it basically looks like a plain gold bar
