Minouflow Reviews

Written by the company

Your salon has its own way of working. Minouflow lets you build that into your software. Created by a grooming salon owner in Maine, Minouflow brings the practical details of grooming into scheduling and daily salon management. The dog’s size, the service they need, their handling requirements, and the groomer they can book with all help determine the right appointment. You can match dogs with groomers based on experience and handling needs, adjust pricing and appointment lengths by breed and size, and set rules for dogs that should not be booked together. An anxious dog and a known barker can be flagged when their appointments overlap. Online booking follows the rules you set for your salon. That same control extends to your clients. Choose who can book automatically, whose appointments need approval, and when a deposit is required. When an opening becomes available, automatic waitlist texts can reach clients who qualify for it. Minouflow also keeps grooming notes, client communication, payments, staff time tracking, and reporting in one place. An optional AI phone assistant helps with booking requests and common questions using your salon’s information. Developed from the daily needs of running Lavish Dog, Minouflow gives salon owners a way to put their experience into the system their team and clients use every day.See more
