Customer service could be better
UPDATE: The company did end up refunding my order about a week after I placed my first review. No explanation, however, as to what happened or why the order wasn't delivered. I'm glad to have received a refund, but the whole experience has been puzzling and I'm disappointed that the item was never delivered.
I ordered from this site nearly six weeks ago (August 12) and never received my item. Customer service is nonexistent -- I tried contacting the company by email several times and never received a response. The whole thing feels very scammy to me, and I am in the process of filing a fraud report with my bank and credit card. I advise you to avoid this company.
